The room definitely needs to be updated, appears old and dated with obvious repairs in the bathroom

Location: Horrible location
Location was horrible. The description "downtown" suggested in the heart of some type of activity, ideally having a place to get a bite at 9 p.m. upon arrival. Room was dirty, food left in refrigerator, door locks weren't working so I had to leave door unlocked OR have someone escort me each time. I woke up at 3 a.m. and left.

The king size bed had a huge sink hole in the middle of the bed. Not comfortable at all. The room felt really humid even though the a/c unit was on.

Airport hotel

Near airport and not too far from downtown Omaha. They had problem with card key when I stayed but I'm sure it doesn't happen often

Pros: The staff and the lawn
Cons: The cleaning staff needs to learn how to clean
Location: We ask where a good place to eat could be found and was told the gas station down at the end of block had a subway
Upon check in I was told that the key system was down and that we would not be permitted to room when we left it without going to service desk and being admitted by employee because no keys were working. There was dirty underwear in drawer and sex lotion on desk behind note pad, small blood spot on shower towel used for stepping in and out. The desk chair did not fit the desk and had a whole in it. Kitchen help changed trash cans and then handled food. I had never stayed in this hotel chain before. Another guest told me not to judge the chain by this one, but it is hard not to as I paid well to sleep in a place that I was scared to lie on the bed because the pillows smelled bad and I did not feel that it was clean. The desk clerks were pleasant and the girl that let us in our room was pleasant. Very disappointed. Expediate should know better

Front desk couldn't change a ten for vending- no other food on property. I was told to go "to the gas station on the corner" for change. No coffee in room. TV dated and not working properly. pillows 1-1/2" thick. Will not stay there again.

Upon arrival, the staff was helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean. Upon check-out, the staff was also helpful.

It was almost midnight when I arrived...staff were terrific hotel was clean. In the morning breakfast was fresh and delicious. Very accommodating to get me from the airport to hotel and back. Shuttle driver was very grumpy though!!!
