The bar prices are way over priced. $9.00 for a domestic draft. Restaurant prices are too expensive as well. Air conditioner wouldn’t get the room cold.

The check in process was super easy and smooth! The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay at this location again and recommend it to others!

It was away from the highways and in a quiet office and retail area. The room and restaurant was clean and very modern. The only thing I would change is the bar door on the bathroom! Lol. Not sure who thought that was a good idea.

Surrounded by parking lots, so lots of parking but little greenery. A Whole Foods store within walking distance was a big bonus, with a great deli. It's a convenient location to hop on the interstate or Dodge St. to many locations in Omaha. A car is necessary.

Very friendly very kind-hearted people working. I love the hallway head room the bathroom to reclaim Our rooms were clean our sink was plugged. But you know what and that's the only thing wrong, huh? Everything else was superb, the beds were very comfortable. Thank you very much, marriott

The air conditioning in the hotel was i operable. Thermostat set to 60 and i would guess the room was close to 75 or 80! The windows would not open so sleep was sporadic at best. The restaurant food was superb!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay. I am sorry to hear you had problems with heating and cooling in the rooms. The hotel has difficulty transitioning from heat to air during periods when the temperature fluctuates significantly. This is due to the type of system that we operate at the hotel. We must choose heat or cooling. At this time, the air conditioning has been winterized and shut down for the season. We are experiencing hotter temperatures later in the year than is normally the case. This usually lasts for a short period of time in the early spring and late fall. I hope that you will give us another chance the next time your travels bring you to Omaha

The rooms have a central heating/cooling system. The rooms were very hot and adjusting the thermostat did not help. I moved twice, and all three rooms were very hot and uncomfortable.

Wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
The attendant checking us in was overall rude and not helpful at all. The same attendant checked us out and was rude then also. It must be her persona. She didn’t advise us that we could park almost directly in front of our room so we took the long way through the hotel bringing all of our luggage in. There is little security, as you do not need a card to enter the entries outside of the front entrance. The rooms are small and closet/patio doors are hard to open and close. The floor was dirty throughout, including bathroom. The beds were nice, however. We received housekeeping one day and that included making our beds and refilling towels. However, we did not receive any new wash cloths and they took our used ones. We also had no hand towels. Additionally, the pool was freezing and filled with leaves/dirt from outside.

The whole hotel smells like a cigarette. People yelling in the halls. Someone yelled the hard R in the hallway at a woman he was with. There was a cow pillow that was really soft in the PC chair. So that was a positive. lol I honestly thought this was a business hotel, not a party hotel. So that was my mistake.

Place was very nice. The pool hours were awesome for the kids. The restauraunt has good food and very nice staff. The man at the door to help with luggage (cant remember his name) but he worked late on 7/14 when we arrived and was absolutely amazing and so kind. He helped us find the pool. Gave us recommendations on the food they had and helped answer any questions we had! Id come back just because he was so warm and welcoming.

People nice facility clean, the big problem was control of the air conditioning system which was way too cold and unable to control it which is certainly a technological matter but I had to sleep with a jacket on in my bed also I requested three wake up calls and although request received never received a wake up call luckily I had my phone on his backup this is an annoyance as is the temperature of the room
