Not Happy!Posted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: The people.
Cons: refrigerators in the rooms.
The check in lady was a doll and we had a great conversation. She was great with my family. My issue was when we came down for breakfast, I was asked if I had a voucher (most hotels I have stayed at don't have a voucher system) so we went to the front desk to see if we did. Apparently since I booked through a third party we could have breakfast unless we paid $11 a person. This was after I paid $116 for the room, $75 for supper and had friend come and pay another$30 in the restaurant. Everything was great until the breakfast ordeal. After paying almost $200 for less than a 20 hour stay, I think that a couple of eggs, a glass of milk, a couple of cups of coffee, and possibly a bagel are not much to ask. Again the people were great but I don't agree with the way you do business. I know I'm only one person and no one will probably read this but this is what I think and I don't think it's to much to ask. Thank You for your time, Jesse

Nice stay, kids enjoyed the pool, wonderful staff.Posted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: Staff, food, the room.
Cons: A continental breakfast would have been really nice. Stayed at many cheaper hotels that offer something small for breakfast.
Location: Good central location. Front desk could maybe be more organized with list of eating establishments/locations nearby, with directions.
The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the outdoor area near the pool. Ordered food, it was delicious, delivered right to the patio by friendly staff. Overall the rooms were very clean, with the exception of the bathroom floor.

Just the pool we were looking forPosted Jul 13, 2015
This was an excellent hotel. I chose this hits because I wanted a pool our kids could play in and touch the bottom since they are young. it ranged from 2-8 ft. We loved it.

Not what it seemed...Posted Jul 5, 2015 on Hotels
This room was discounted due to the fact I had ten nights accumulated on my hotels.com account. While that was a good deal I wouldn't want to pay full price for what this hotel was originally listed. The room was fairly comfortable but there was a discarded torn washcloth on the floor. Also the laundry facility could use some updating and maybe another set of washer and dryer. It just seemed the hotel could use a little updating.

We were very disappointed with the smallness of the bathroom. We could not believe the door was notched out around the stool cover to allow the door to shut.

Great Hotel for FamilyPosted Jun 30, 2015 on Hotels
My family very much enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean upon arrival and they did a great job of cleaning it each day. We ordered room service our first night and it was delivered very quickly and tasted great. All of the hotel staff we talked with were very friendly. My daughters had a great time in the pool, which was larger than most hotel pools we've been in.

It was convenient for our one night stay. Hotel was busy loud in the lobby when we arrived but didn't bother us in the room. Breakfast buffet was horrible.

Disappointment at the Sheraton, Omaha, NebraskaPosted Jun 20, 2015 on Hotels
We were so excited to come & visit our grandchildren, but couldn't believe the price of a room with double beds. when we walked in our room, it was A Absolutely the smallest room we have ever stayed in anywhere. At first thought there was NO window, but then saw a tiny opening up by the ceiling approximately 12in.by 8in. Felt like we were in a basement, but were on the second floor next to the service elevator. Plus, very little water pressure in the shower. We paid $500.22 plus a $50.00 deposit when we arrived. They did NOT return the deposit when we checked out,but said it 'should'show up
