Booked the room and paid extra to get a suite because the pictures showed a pull out couch. The suite did not have a couch and when asked the employee said they did not have cots. Grabbed some extra bedding and made a bed for my kid on the floor. Not ideal. The pool area is super nice but there were no towels in there. Apparently you need to get them from the front desk-but there were no signs telling you that. Turned the shower on this morning and after waiting 15 minutes for hot water I ended up taking a cold plunge shower. Employees were nice and everything was very clean.

There were ants on the lobby floor and two holes in the wall of the room we were staying in. The view of Omaha from the room we got was beautiful though.

In general check-in was unfriendly and uninformative. Construction is going on, so some disarray is to be expected - this went beyond. The grounds in general were unkempt, the elevators are questionable at best and trash was spread around the grounds. Bar and accommodations are there but unmanned, when asked about the restaurant/bar - we were met with a snooty ‘it’s not open’. We felt as though it was an inconvenience to be checked in. All in all - won’t be staying again.

Front desk employee barely spoke at check in and was not friendly at all. The elevator floors were cracked and chunks missing out of the floor. This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The elevator buttons had food and other stuff dripping down them. Trash all over the floors and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. Hair all over the bathroom floor and red stains on the carpet.

We trusted the name Wyndham for an above average property, but this location has not been updated for a while. Clearly the property has been ignored by corporate. The carpet is older and dirty, the paint and woodwork around the elevator doors has large chips out of it, and our room smells like dirty socks. Fortunately we checked in later in the day and are checking out early. There are no outlets in the room for charging phones or using c-pap machines. I booked through Expedia but didn't get a deal with this stay.

The pricing was excellent. I only paid $89/night after taxes for the room. I liked the location being right off of the Interstate and Dodge Street so it was conveniently located to where we need to drive to before/after staying.

The water was turned off in the entire building from 8am - noon on Saturday with no warning until check in and no option for a discount or refund or anything. Our room stunk of cigarette smoke and mold. When we went to shower after swimming in the pool, there was no hot water. I was essentially told too bad. It took me fighting with the front desk, then she had ME try multiple rooms to find one that was clean…let alone even had hot water. I had to pack and move me and my 2 kids at 9:45 at night. I WILL be fighting my charges for my hotel stay.

It was ok, breakfast was trash, literally nothing but sausage,eggs,waffles, 2 boxes of cereal bread and cream cheese…not even enough to feed a family..pool had maintenance so that ruined a lot. If you have kids don’t go here they don’t have tub stoppers..ceiling in the hall is low. Communication is limited. They only clean the rooms once a week cause they barely have workers so I wasn’t able to get clean sheets.not really worth the money..everything is always broken so it needs maintenance for everything. Just go to the Hilton hotel or something

The only complaints were that the bar was closed both nights (Friday and Saturday) that we stayed there, and that we were never given any face towels (wash cloths) for the two nights we were there. Other than that, everything else was fine. There was a lot of roadwork being done around the hotel, which made it a little inconvenient, but that was not the fault of the hotel.

The first night the tv didn't work properly. I reported it in the morning when I left and a person at the desk said that she would have maintenance look at it. I came home that night it hadn't been fixed, so they moved me to a different room. For the breakfast the eggs were dried out and the sausages looked and tasted nasty. The fruit looked to be old. Toast and waffles were the only reasonable options. I like to eat a large breakfast when I am traveling, so toast and a waffle don't really make it. I would go down the road to get a proper breakfast. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and friendly. The road to the hotel was under construction and made it really difficult to get there.

I must say the room overall was decent shape hobby. Bathrooms were pretty old and falling apart. The floor in the elevator was nasty and dirty. All the carpets in the lobby were dirty. This picture shows that they had a hot tub which is why we booked and there was no hot tub so they need to update their current pictures. Checking in was a mess. The staff did not know how to check people in in a professional manner. Worker had kid there. Kid was flipping on and off the lights. It is really not the hotel that they show on the pictures. I don't recommend and I will not be staying there again.

Don’t even put breakfast as an option, only toast and the standard waffle maker, no butter no jam this morning no tea or real cream!! Seems like the property is not being well maintained as I said room itself 4stars the rest meh…
