We were happy with our room. Our room was very big, roomy, and comfortable. The motel was very quiet. The desk clerk was very friendly!!!!!

This hotel was the best hotel ever!

Cons: It was so fabulous, I could not think of anything to improve.
Location: The Henry Doorly zoo is nearby, Offutt airbase is also nearby.
We were all impressed with our room. It was clean and the staff kept everything perfect. The breakfast was great and made our trip wonderful and we all found something from their breakfast choices. Having a newspaper available was also very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody wanting to visit the Omaha area.

Nice hotel and friendly staff!

I booked a stay here for my husband, twin babies and parents. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Danny checked me in and out of the hotel and made sure our stay was great! This hotel is close to the Omaha Zoo (which is where we were going) along with many restaurant choices near by. The breakfast served in the morning was also good with a lot of choices. I would recommend this hotel for the quality, service and best price I could find around!!

Pros: Location is good.
Cons: Desk clerk could be better trained. He gave our reservation to someone else because he said he asked the woman if she knew me and she didn't, said yes
Location: Fine
The toilet backed up and I told Sena about it and he said he would get me a plunger. I told him "do you expect me to do it?" in my best intonation of discussed intonation. He looked at me as if a light went off in his head and said No, I'll do it. The manager Mr Patel was more business like. But he needs to train his helper to be more thoughtful.

Nice hotel but room bed bug infested!

Pros: General appearance.
Cons: Room cleanliness.
Location: Fairly good location.
My wife was bitten by bed bugs!!!! Management should look into doing a proper cleaning of furniture, carpet and bed linen.

Best 2-Star Hotel Around!

Remember, this is a 2-star hotel. I am not writing this review comparing it to a luxury resort, I'm writing this review in comparison to its competition: other 2-star hotels. This hotel was great & I'd absolutely stay here again! Large, clean rooms with excellent heating & cooling, and all the amenities one could need. My only complaint: poor water pressure for the shower.

It is too Pricey & too much money, pesos or pound.

Pros: It had a window to look out at blacktop
Cons: Bring the price into reasonable rate.
Location: restaurant on either side, many car dealers in the area...railroad track within 100 feet....
There are Less expensive hotels in the area if you want to stay in a room.

the tv didn't work, the phone didn't work, the drapes would not close. The toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down till it was done. The clock didn't work. One of the lamps didn't work. They had to come down and reprogram the tv, move the cabinet out to plug in the phone. The motor work in the bathroom was shabby. It was all over the base of the wall, and looked like s---. Was very disappointed in the facility.

Three Grownup stay for one night.

Pros: Price and parking was easy.
Cons: The trains coming thru at night were annoying and on time. The train blowing keeps you awake and wears you down.
Location: Glad to get out and get on down the road. I will not want to stay two night because of the Trains.
Room is clean and fresh. Beds and pillows were great.
