I had an emergency last minute

I had a last minute emergency and they were so unbelievable helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. I didn't get to stay the night but the owner is amazing. Everytime I visit Omaha I will come here. Sometimes it's just a little real customer service that can make or break a business. And that is what they gave me. Thank you

It was good. Best advise, bring in your ID and ask for extra pillows towels or blankets you might need while checking in. Also if you need a wake up call as well as they close the office by 10:00 pm and hard to receive after hours. Very affordable place and clean.

Highly Unsafe

The room came with two extremely worn, flat pillows (1-2" thick). When we went to the front desk to ask if we could get a couple more, we were told they couldn't get us any because they were locked in with the housekeeping. We ended up buying pillows instead. Not only was the service awful, but the whole building felt incredibly unsafe. There were multiple drug deals happening the day we were there, and we ended up calling the police on a couple in the next room that were being physically violent. Once the police did a walk through, we felt unsafe staying for the rest of our trip and stopped by the front desk to leave the key and inform them of what happened.... and no one was there. No bell, no idea when they would return. We quickly left and booked a different hotel for the rest of our stay. Please consider paying a few dollars more for your safety.

Everything about this hotel was of a low-quality. To the lack of housekeeping during our multiple days stay. To the low water pressure in the shower. To the broken refrigerator in the room and lack of service and remedy the situation. I was very disappointed with expedia's service in writing this hotel a 2-star hotel and comparing it to other quality hotels.
