The room came with two extremely worn, flat pillows (1-2" thick). When we went to the front desk to ask if we could get a couple more, we were told they couldn't get us any because they were locked in with the housekeeping. We ended up buying pillows instead.
Not only was the service awful, but the whole building felt incredibly unsafe. There were multiple drug deals happening the day we were there, and we ended up calling the police on a couple in the next room that were being physically violent. Once the police did a walk through, we felt unsafe staying for the rest of our trip and stopped by the front desk to leave the key and inform them of what happened.... and no one was there. No bell, no idea when they would return.
We quickly left and booked a different hotel for the rest of our stay.
Please consider paying a few dollars more for your safety.
