Quiet by not being next to an interstate.Posted Aug 11, 2015
All was fine, but the phone volume was very low, & difficult to understand the attendant when doing a late check in. Also unfolded a wash cloth that looked clean on the outside, but soiled on the inside. The next wash cloth was ok.

A surprisingly comfortable stayPosted Aug 10, 2015
The room was loaded with all of the amenities you would expect for an extended stay. A small kitchen, full sized fridge, stove top, cabinets, etc. Everything was very clean and new. The only thing of note is that the front desk/window is staffed less than half of the time. You might have to call and wait a while to get service. The "value" keyword is most applicable, if you can get a discount. The advertised standard rate is actually more than what the hotel was advertising upon arrival. Overall, I recommend Value Place for an extended stay or for a quick overnight.

"No Frills!" A Cheap Ext Stay Hotel- decent stay.Posted Jul 29, 2015
We stayed here for two weeks before home was ready. For the money it was just fine. There's definitely no frills to this hotel. Everything is extra so be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, towels, paper towels, do your own laundry, or pay for it all as an extra add on charge. They will come for around $10 a week and clean your room other than dishes and change your linens. The Internet is also extra @ $10 a week. The staff was friendly. They have a clientele in the hotel that were quite loud- A lot of cultural diversity, and interesting characters. However I never felt unsafe with my family there.

Visiting family and friends in the areaPosted Jul 16, 2015
Pros: Listed above.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Location good as mentioned, and I did not use anything but the many restaurants nearby.
Although I had not noticed that it was a bring your own everything to the hotel room, the fact that they had a two burner stove, large stainless steel sink, and full upright refrigerator was a plus for the price. No coffee pot or toaster was provided, but a nice large microwave was included. The bed was comfortable, the TV an adequate size, and a small desk and chair, as well as a chest of drawers was provided. Hangers were included with the clothing wall rack. There is a phone in the room. Local calls are 32 cents each, and if out of town, additional minute charges apply. The bath had a great shower and tub, although the area around the one sink was small. The room was very clean and quiet with easy access to the freeway, and in a great location for eating places. The towels included two bath and two washcloths, which could be replaced by taking to the front desk. It was a dog friendly hotel, but I never heard one the entire 12 days I was there. The staff was exceptionally helpful to me since I had not taken a computer along and needed to have them locate a church service for me. I liked the fact that the parking was close to the building and the security was great. A card key had to be used to enter the hotel entry area and specific room. It was a very good value for the money and I would not only return at another time, but recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay.

Hassle at check inPosted Jun 27, 2015 on Hotels
Even though I had my reservation with a confirmation from Hotels.com, they did not have it on file when I arrived. This caused a hassle at check in and took quite a while to figure out. Not sure where the issue was at hotel or communication from web site.

A clean room but very overpriced for what was there. No curtains, no tissues, no shampoo, no hand towels, no breakfast, no fitted sheets (sheets merely laid over bed with no tuck in under the mattress), no kitchen equipment (but was advertised as full kitchen).

There for CWS so did not spend much time at hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. A basic no frills bed for the night. Glad to have when nothing else available in town.
