“This was my second time booking this hotel, and I am so glad I decided to return! I needed to secure two rooms for myself and a work colleague who was visiting London. Remembering my great stay here a few years back, I knew this would be the perfect choice. From the very moment of booking, the staff were incredibly attentive. As my colleague was arriving into London early before the standard check in time, I messaged the hotel to ask about storing our bags. They responded swiftly and were……

“Hotel staff were friendly and timely responded to our request (eg getting extra blankets). The hotel room was quiet and dark which is essential for a good night sleep. The hotel was located somewhere between two tube station and subway lines that requires a bit of walk (within 5-10 mins). There are supermarkets nearby for essentials. Overall good experience. ”

“Shower is tiny. I changed my room because mattress is smelly and dirty. The staff is very helpful. They apologized and also found another room for me.”

“Do not book this place. The building smells and the unit has not been cleaned in ages. Dirty bathroom. Upon arriving back at the property hoping to get some sleep and rest late at night after spending the day exploring the city, we found on of the beds was broken! The center support beam (which was taped to the frame with clear box tape instead of using screws to install properly…) of one of the double beds was snapped down the middle and we had to stay awake past midnight to get it fixed.……

“I have stayed here a second time with my family and I am very appreciative of a staff (Yash) he is very helpful and nice to help us when we have problems and solve them immediately. If another staff was helpful as well this apartment is excellent. Overall the apartment facility is great. The apartment is near the DLR station so letting us go everywhere was convenient. If the apartment has provided more cleaning solutions for customers and the sink is smooth then it should be perfect. Only one……

“On arrival we checked in and were given the key card to our room. However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working! A member of staff then accompanied us to back to our room to let us in. I know that isn’t their fault, but they could have told us when we arrived and accompanied us in the first place. I saw this happen with other people too. The card didn’t work the whole time we were there. That……

“There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean. ”
