Large lakeside home with fantastic view of Goodyear Lake plus large waterside deck & docks equipped with teakwood chairs, kayaks and canoe for customer use. 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Lighted grilling, picnic and sitting area. Huge fully stocked kitchen with two ovens, 4 door 29 CF fridge, microwave, Vitamix blender, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, 2 drawers of spices, wine openers and utensils of most every type. X-Large capacity front load washer & dryer with small load bonus washer. Home fully decorated with oil paining and various artwork throughout. Down stairs: sitting room/lounge with sink, wine bottle cooler & small fridge; game room with Foosball table, X Box One S gaming TV and board games including chess. 6 smart TVs w/ ROKU Streaming Sticks throughout house including all bedrooms, sunroom, living room and game room. Picnic tables, several sitting areas, naturalized flowerbeds/gardens, swing set, basketball hoop, charcoal grill (with charcoal) and griddle.
