"Overall, my stay was good. But the staffers are not as kind as those in regular hotels. When I first arrived, I found that the airconditioner in the living room was dirty. The check-in booth is located in the basemnet on floor 5, which is inconvenient. When I booked this room with a credit card, they immediately charged the whole amount on my card. Other hotels usually hold the card for reservation purpose only; they charge when you arrive at the hotel. But NEWCZ immediately charged on my card. Although they would refund it if I cancelled it, the process of cacelling the reservation and of refudning through the card company would annoying. Travelers often change their travel schedule. NEWCZ should take this into consideration."

"We loved staying here! The staff were very welcoming and we were even upgraded to a family suite. The room was very large, clean, with everything we could need including lots of space for luggage and belongings. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. The bath was a highlight and so too was the beach view. The breakfast was large and very tasty. We would not hesitate to book again if we are back in Busan!"
