Great Central Location

We enjoyed our stay at Ayres during our short vacation. We were traveling to several Southern California cities and this was a great central place to stay. The staff is very friendly and the morning full breakfast is excellent and is much more than most places provide. We will definitely stay here again.

Never staying there again! Too much anxiety

Go to the hotel around 11:20pm and I had no room, it seems while I was enjoying my day not worrying about a hotel giving away my room they did just that! I was furious, they got us a room as it seems like they have pilots stay there and a whole bunch left while we were sitting there! They made it up to us the best they could, wine and goodies, but giving away rooms isn’t cool! Maybe a call like hey are you on your way? Something! It was paid I full obviously I’m going to show up!

Nice hotel close to everything

Loved everything about this property. Convenient to local facilities and shopping. Staff was amazing. Customer service at its best. Andrew was extra helpful and very pleasant.

Disappointed

Check in was normal except they did not mention the additional $100 for incidentals. There is nothing to order except room service which requires a major credit card. Requested a king bed with a sofa couch for a party of four. Had to call the front desk twice for bedding. Got attitude from the individual who brought the blankets and sheets he rolled his eyes and walked away stating they didn’t have any pillows. Called the front desk again and had the issue resolved. Overall this pkace is out dated and very dark. My opinion and only my opinion is they do this to hide things most people don’t want to see. Will not stay here again. Others may have had better experiences but we didn’t.

Nice place, Nice Staff, DELICIOUS free breakfast

Great place!! the free BREAKFAST was delicious!!!! It was really a pleasant quick stay. Had a nice time. Housekeeping didn't come banging on the door at 9am when check out was at 12pm. Sometimes forgetting to put the DO NOT DISTURB sign up invites anxious employees and it was great to sleep in.
