Great room!

This room was huge. Two big beds, fridge, sink and microwave. Super quiet and located around so many restaurants. Definitely would stay again

Decent hotel close to port

Pros: Proximity to port
Location: Near restaurants and other entertaiment
Chose hotel for proximity to long beach port for a cruise. Simple hotel that was convenient, clean, and served decent breakfast

Well maintained hotel

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice T.V.'s. No food but located next to a Mimi's Cafe.

Pros: Nice place, nice staff
Cons: The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke on occasion, though clearly it's a smoke free facility.
Second time staying at this hotel. A very nice place in a great location.

Comfortable hotel close to the track.

Excellent breakfast with long hours. Comfortable room with nice bed. Great location close to the track and food options. There were a couple of maintenance issues though. The hot tub jets did not work properly blew bubbles instead of jetted water. Made an uncomfortable experience. The shower Faucet diverter leaked and whistled during operation.

Decent place that could be cleaned better

Pros: Proximity to my destination, price, a/c worked well, comfy bed.
Cons: Give the housekeepers more time per room. Have someone inspect all of the rooms before being occupied.
Location: This place is in the deep 909. There are lots of homes where people come out to the middle of nowhere to get a bigger house.
This hotel was the closest place to my cousin's home, where there was a big family event on Saturday night. My wife and I would rather pay a little and get to stay at the party later and not have to drive home for 90 minutes. This is not an area I would otherwise choose to stay in. The hotel is nice enough. There is a little pool area and a gym. There is a breakfast room that is pretty well stocked for a free breakfast: waffle makers, bread and bagels, chaffing dishes with scrambled eggs and sausage, oatmeal, fruit, two juices, yogurt and coffee. The room is well designed: decent TV (though no HD or pay per view), comfortable bed (though not enough pillows), fridge, iron and board in the closet. The problem is that the bathroom was not properly cleaned, which was a little gross. There were white stains on the front of the vanity (which clearly was not wiped off), there were similar stains on the shower walls (which also clearly weren't wiped off) and there was a slight odor when I first went to the restroom. It was fine otherwise.

Good Stay

Experienced very bad customer service upon check-in from Christina or Kristen (unsure of her name). All other staff was pleasant. Room, hotel and breakfast were great. This is our go-to hotel when we're visiting.

Make sure you pay first through Expedia

Been using Expedia "book now pay later" forever!!! Had a midnight flight into LAX and then 1.5 hr drive to Rancho Cucamonga! When we arrive they lady at front desk was extremely rude and racist! Said that my reservation had been canceled before I even gave her my info! Then after I told her the number she explained that I never received confirmation even though I tried to show her on my phone! She said this happened all because my card was declined at booking which was untrue because I received confirmation and called before we left Denver to make sure everything was in order and that late check in was ok because we were coming in at midnight! As we were going back to the car, the lady said I only have a suite for one night and she wanted to charge us the price of 2 nights??? NEVER AGAIN!!!
