Good, but.......

Nice room, loved the jacuzzi tub , liked the bed and the tv up on the wall. Nice breakfast, coffee. The only 2 problems where the paper thin walls and the hard bed. Good amount of pillows though. I did appreciate that they had an extra blanket and pillow in the dresser in case needed, nice touch. For the price on a saturday night, you cant beat it. :)

Good price but not worth it

My room wasn't fully cleaned before we checked in. We found trash from the previous guest under our beds. Later that night when i lay down a freaking needle stab me in my back, yes a needle. I told the front desk person about it and he didn't seen to care. I also requested for my room to cleaned specially under the beds, it never got cleaned!

Good room for good price just too much noise by the freeway and I was really tired and trying to sleep.

Clean & nice facilities. It is close to airport and places I plan to visit. It is convenient with the shuttle.

It was nice for the money I spent. I would recommend if you want to save money for a decent stay in Ontario area.

near to the fairgrounds --- nhra winters

Pros: special service from the meet and greet lady --- and prompt service in restraunt
Cons: bar etc open on sunday
Location: as above
excellent base for the nhra nationals approx 12 miles away

Common areas outstanding, maintenance issues w/ rm

Hotel is extremely convenient to Ontario airport, car rental return and Orlando Mills mall. Common, public areas are updated and well maintained. Room stay experience was marred by multiple maintenance issues. The plumbing made constant noises -- honestly -- and after flushing, the toilet made such a remarkable racket that we actually taped it to play for family members as you truly had to hear it to believe it. Room furniture was distressed (chips to furniture, worn upholstery and obvious maintenance issues like missing knobs on the dresser drawers made the room look shabby and less well maintained). One, very thin and worn blanket had us resort to draping bath towels over it to keep warm as it as the room was chilly. Finally, there was some sort of constant, high pitched buzzing/whining sound that we couldn't identify or figure out how to turn off. Had we not been so exhausted, we would have (unusual for us) asked for a different room. The front desk staff was efficient and professional and the free wifi and breakfast were appreciated -- but we will try someplace next time as we were not comfortable in the room. Staff was very friendly, but we found it odd that they insisted we provide a $50 damage deposit in advance -- and couldn't tell if that was standard policy, or because they thought that a 55 year old mom with her 21 year old daughter might be up partying or something. We weren't and didn't -- but that wasn't a welcoming thing we expected.

Hotel did not had wifi service at my room. I reported twice and no fix done. Room was noisy when some else open the water.
