Upon arrival, hotel clerk could not locate our Expedia reservation. Did not offer much assistance as far as contacting Expedia. After checking several times, she finally found reservation. Our room appeared clean enough. Two queen beds. We were tired having arrived around 10 pm. When I went to lie down realized one of bed's mattress was wet under the spread., We were able to sleep in other bed. In morning I let the clerk know, so she could tell housekeeping. Though I wasn't looking for any reimbursement, I at least thought we would get an apology for our inconvenience.

Open airPosted Jan 19, 2016
If you like stepping out into the open air from your room, it's good for you. I like going to breakfast in my slippers for which this hotel was not conducive. In addition ants on toilet and roaches on the wall made it impossible to stay.

My hotel room was great in size, large and roomy.Posted Jan 15, 2016
Pros: It was roomy.
Cons: Better installations in the room, more than one elevator, front desk people are not very friendly.
Location: This was okay.
I did not like that not only our room was all the way in the back and on the top floor, even though we requested a bottom floor plus the elevator was located far away from our room, we had to walk all around the building to the elevator and then once you get to the top floor, we had to walk all around to get to our room. it was much closer for us to take the stairs back and forth. The room had terrible installation because we can't seep from all the noise outside, you can hear all the cars on the freeway all night long, we thought the door or a window might be open and we checked, but not so.

Some of the comforts of home away from home.Posted Jan 2, 2016
We have stayed here 3 times. This is the only reasonably priced suite we can find in the area. We like to get a 2-room suite so theoretically the kids can sleep in the living room and we adults get the bedroom. It's nice to have the mini-fridge and sink in the kitchen area. The couch was worn down and the hide a bed not comfortable (my son refused to use it, and took advantage of the fact that this time we had two beds in the bedroom). There was no seating other than the couch in the living room, so when my mother in law was over, we were tight on seating spots. The bathroom was nice and modern and fairly well kept up and clean. Although the toilet occasionally ran. The beds were pretty comfortable (although not my bed at home). Don't forget about the included breakfast! Not fancy, but it has something for everyone and gets everyone easily fed in the morning.
