We had a family event, reserved over 6 rooms all non-smoking but all of the rooms had a horrible smell of smoke. It was unbearable.

Reserved online- checked in was easy- front desk seemed like she was on something though. Elevator was not working - the place look dirty and schetchy - got room keys- went up to the room-hallways had a bad odor. Room was dirty. Microwave dirty the sofa chair was dirty and torn. The carpet was filled looking. The lamp was broken. The alarm detector was hanging loose. I did go back to the front desk and request a change of room. They said that the room was just cleaned and the manger had just inspected it and it was fine I showed her the pictures i took. Then she went ahead and gave me a different room. The second room was a little better except the fridge looked unclean. The pool was dirty and the outside lot didn’t seem safe

Close to Toyota Arena . We were attending an event so walking from the hotel was an option . This place is run down It used to be a nice place before the pandemic , not any more. People live there , some smoke weed in the rooms , very sketchy people, Very limited on services . Needs an urgent renovation .

This place is horrible. Trash everywhere. I had roaches in my room plus the tub was clogged. Outside the trash cans were overspilling with trash. People smoking in the hallways and I found out people actually live there. Pictures on the website is nothing but false advertisement. Never again

The room was dirty blood on the curtains floors were dirty bathroom door was filthy cigarette burns on the sink in the bathroom no complimentary breakfast no shuttle bus to the concert very disappointed in that hotel filthy I slept with my tennis shoes on that's how dirty it was I deserve my money back stay there for 2 days we were supposed to have complimentary breakfast but there was nothing no juice no cereal no waffles no eggs there was muffin and if you're lucky you got a little tiny cup of coffee that's it I will not recommend this to anybody very disappointed I work hard for my money I expect to have a clean room and complimentary breakfast I would like a refund of my money

The price was good and the bed was pretty comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the room was bad, hair in the shower and bed. Weird smell near the bed. The heater/air conditioning was loud. I could hear noises in the hallway and outside all night. The front desk person entered my room with a key while i was in the room, but i had the slide lock on. She said she heard my window was open? But just walked away quickly. The "breakfast" was coffee and packaged muffins. Overall very poor!

To start, towels and bed sheets seemed dirty. With hairs on them. Bathroom door had some nasty stuff that I don’t know what it was. Now, worse part of my staying there. I found roaches! Little ones and the adult ones! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Looks nice from outside but inside is just disgusting. Roaches???

Before I could check in I smelled marijuana, Checked in went to my room started the shower FLOODED the bathroom & Kitchen. Asked for towels to clean up the flood front desk guy brought me a ball of half clean towels, since I was only staying for two nights, and I didn’t plan on actually being in the room I was OK not happy, but the hotel was doable. Once I exited the shower, I seen a bug crawling on the nightstand immediately killed. It made sure that there were no bedbugs in the room, and proceeded to get dressed, so that I can head out for the night when lo and behold I looked on the wall and there was a baby roach crawling of the wall I killed it packed my bags and left within 10 minutes at the front desk. The guy was extremely nice. I was telling him that I wanted to refund it because the hotel was roach infested. He told me to quiet down that he would fully refund me immediately but that he didn’t want me to make a fuss because the lobby was filled with people attempting to check in horrible place to stay roach infested stay away

Honestly, I really disappointing place. I didn't expect much for the price with the pictures of the property must have been when it first opened. Scuff marks on doors everywhere, corroded sinks, grout broken all over the place. Smoke detector falling out of the wall. Just left there. Lots of these are easy fixes, but it seems like no one cares about the upkeep of the property. We'll never go back, if I can help it

Pass on this place.
Pick the hotel due to its location to the Toyota Arena. Check-in went fine, but once we got to the room, it was not what we expected mold in the bathroom, toilet backed up on first flush, always were dirty. It appears that they allow pets, sleeping with barking dogs and rooms next to you was difficult People yelling at each other in the middle of the night. Would not stay here again there is a La Quinta close by that I will stay at next time. I travel for a concert at the Toyota Arena by the way the breakfast breakfast was couple, granola bars and instant oatmeal. Coffee service Was just a pot of coffee with no cream only sugar on both days that we were there when asked that the front counter they said they’ve been out of creamer for some period of time nobody seemed to care.

The hallway leading to room has a bad smell, like cat urine/moldy/sour smell. Also smelled Marijuana coming from a room nearby. Our room 344 was not clean, trash was under the bed, including a cup. There was hair on the sink and on the back of the toilet, barely any toilet paper, had to request some from front desk. There was not any tissues or wash cloths either, had to request those at front desk as well. It was kinda noisy in the hallways. My wife saw cigarette ashes in the hallway as well. Overall, its not clean and doesnt smell great.

It had cockroaches, and the bed was bad . People walking in collecting linen strange maybe to wash unknown. Someone wanting a blanket downstairs and it wasn’t even folded. He said everything was inside a blanket strange.

For a one night stay it was ok. However, hearing dogs and cats is something I’m not use to. Then there was the fact that I requested an accessible room and was put in the 3rd floor and not in an accessible room at all. I was very displeased the our accommodations.

It was easy check in and check out. Front desk was helpful and nice. I was missing toilet paper in my bathroom and i was to embarrassed to ask for some. but i had kleenex so that worked for me.
