Dirty from the moment we checked in

Showed up to a dirty shower, spots all over the bathroom wall where the trash can was, hand prints and smears all over the TV screen, spots all over the furniture, and a broken light bulb with sharp glass hanging from the lamp next to the bed. Called the front desk after checking in and asked for cleaning products to be sent to the room. Hotel said they could not give out cleaning supply’s but they would let the cleaning staff know. No one ever showed up that night to clean the room. The toilet had a slow flush that backed up in the middle of the night. We called the front desk at 12:30am only to speak to a laundry staff person and was told they didn’t have a plunger and we needed to wait until morning with a backed up toilet that could not be used. We wanted to check out immediately, but there was no front desk staff working at night so we had to stay until morning. We called Expedia that morning and switched hotels.

Room was dirty, food on the floor, toilet had not been cleaned, window would not close, reeked of cigarettes, man urinating right outside our window, we left after 15 minutes and found another hotel!!

Below Average!

I booked this room at the last minute so I wasn't expecting too much, but are some clean towels too much to ask??? I mean little black hairs and brown stains all over the towels, really? Then the A/C unit didn't get cold, and the tv remote didn't even work so I was stuck watching Shrek! Definitely not satisfied, but I can only blame myself for booking a room last minute!

I feel like they went above and beyond! They were polite, respectful, and took my concerns seriously. I feel very appreciative and look forward to using Extended Stay America in the future! :)

close to everything I needed

Pros: overall location with close proximity to all the places I needed to be and quick access to freeway.
Cons: odor, noise level.
Location: Freeway is close, large outlet mall nearby, several food options
I love the location of this hotel. My room was on the side of the freeway so it was very loud. A dog barked across the hall for quite some time. My room smelled like smoke this time which causes me difficulty. But, I love the customer service and overall convenience of this hotel. I feel like I am in a great, safe location and have stayed here numerous times. I will continue to book this hotel for future trips.

Avoid for Short Stay

Pros: Location is super close to the ONT airport
Cons: No coffee, No Water, No Shampoo, No Mouthwash, Loud Refrigerator, Stove in Room, No Food, Great for long stay, but bad for over night stay.
Location: Great Location, Stadium across the street, and airport 4 miles away. Nice Location
Very polite at front desk. Very helpful and was able to check in a head of schedule. I was hoping to get a cup of coffee in my room, and no coffee pot, no water, They had a nice stove, refrigerator, and would be perfect for a family staying a week, but not setup for the one night stay person.

Disappointing for the price

I booked a non-smoking room with a king size bed for two nights. Check in was at 3pm. When I arrived not only was the room not ready but they only had a smoking room. Then they offered a non-smoking room with a queen size bed for the same price. The room was small and there were ants in the sink in the bathroom and crawling around in the windsill and by the a/c unit. Housekeeping never came to clean the room, change the sheets on the bed, or clean the bathroom the two nights we stayed there. Would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

When I got my room , it smelled like cigarettes I had orderd a non smoking room, bathroom was dirty there was hair in the sink n in the shower , I got the room for two days they did even clean the room the next day , I would not recommend extended stay to anybody horrible

Great rates for a nice room

Hotel was clean and well stocked, price was the best around. Staff was very kind, overall great experience for a last minute reservation.
