Poor shuttle service, ok room.

Shuttle is a taxi that they must call ahead for (and takes 30-45 minutes to arrive. Had this been explained on check in, I wouldn't have relied on them to get me to the airport the next morning. Seeing how I chose this hotel for its vicinity to the Ontario Airport and the advertised free shuttle service, needless to say I was incredibly disappointed when I had to jog to the airport at 4:00AM carrying my bags while playing Frogger with traffic at the airports entry (no sidewalks). Nothing better than a forced morning workout! On a good note? The cookies at check-in were delicious.

Nice hotel

Room is big with 2 queen size beds. Bathroom is big too. Even I-10 is outside the window, it was not noisy. Breakfast is wonderful with multiple choices. Convenient to the Ontario airport but the "free shuttle service" is a little complicated I heard.

Not the best Marriott

The air conditioning is RADICAL

The front desk receptionist were completely awesome. We got there at 10 am for a music festival that started at 12, and they had our room ready within 30 minutes. Will definitely be staying here next year for the same festival. The pool was nice too, plenty of chairs and tables around it. The room also got extremely cold at night, which was nice since it was about 100 degrees outside.
