This hotel was next to a large shopping mall. The view of the mountains in the distance was very nice, once you over looked the shopping mall. The area was kind of busy. Some of the other guests appeared to be traveling construction works and truck drivers. The daily breakfast was outstanding.

Rooms to small and rooms need to to improve. My room was missing a microwave l didn't like the restrooms, beds not comfortable included the bed sofa at all, no extra pillows or blankets.

My family and I had a great time at this hotel. Ontario mills mall is across the street and it has tons of restaurants and stores. Staff was polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

We got locked out the night before we checked out. Was kind of frustrating to have to show my id again and get new keys.

Everything was great. Location near lots of great restaurants, the mall, airport, freeway. The only downside: The dryer in the laundry room barely dried clothes 45 mins for 4.00 and they were still wet. Charged my card another 4.00 and only gave me 15 additional minutes. Ended up hanging several things in the room to dry. Staff is nice and breakfast was good.

My only concern was that I requested extra bath towels for my kids and myself and they never arrived. That wouldnt stop me from staying here again. It was clean, safe, and the staff members were friendly.

This hotel is in a great location for shopping, the Toyota Arena, restaurants, and more. The hotel itself is clearly in need of being updated. The TVs have directv, and there is an entertainment hub in the wall I was able to plug my Roku into. The elevators were nice, the hotel lobby was clean, and everyone who worked there was very nice. Breakfasts were okay - some mornings were better than others. There is plenty of parking. The beds are comfortable. If you book a room that says it has a tub, you'll want to verify that when you check in. I verified mine a few weeks ahead of time, and still didn't end up with a tub. Not a huge deal, but a little bit of a bummer. There also is a small fridge in the room, but no microwave (there is one in the lobby, however). The hotel as a whole was pretty quiet too, which was really nice!

The hotel is great if you stay in the rooms facing the front, if you are facing the highway you will not be able to sleep at all. Luckily they were able to switch me and I was able to enjoy myself. Breakfast options are not the greatest, but at least is something

This hotel is not good, the bed was terrible and the shower head blew off in my face when I went to show. Rancho is the worst also.

Hotel in general was decent. Issue was there was a palm tree outside our window on the 5th floor. At night when high winds kicked up the palm tree hit our window all night long. We got little to no sleep at all. It was awful.

Nice stay
The rooms provide ample space, I like that. The breakfast was good, you won’t have go out to eat which is nice. The in-room coffee maker was dirty inside, I tried to flush it with water but after four tries gave up.

The hotel was clean and odor free. The counter ladies were friendly and polite. Breakfast was good and plenty. I just wish they had pancakes or waffles. Overall stay was excellent. I dont have any complaints. I really liked the location, felt safe and safe

This hotel is old. The blankets and comforters are grey instead of white..Bad smell in rooms. A/C broken. Had to get moved and my second room A/C never worked..dated tv, just disgusting. The only good thing wasCourtney at front desk
