Just OK

Pros: Location
Cons: Valet and just updated. It looks old
Location: Great shopping and food all over.
First off, in my opinion, to be rated 4-5 stars you must have a valet. When we arrived the room wasnt as we requested and my son had to sleep on the floor. Thete were no adjoining rooms available to avoid this. He dealt with it had no choice. The hotel is dated but the staff was good and room service was good. Overall just OK. In a pinch we would stay there again. The location is very convienient for us and it is not a bad stay. It was comfortable for all of us except my son.

Great hotel, great staff

Pros: Nice location. Consistent experience.
Location: Right by the airport and close to good restaurants.
Everything was very nice. I was quite sick and enjoyed the comfort of the room and the quietness of the hotel.

The hotel was not what was represented. The room had stains on the walls and ceiling. It had a funny musty smell. The bathroom was very small and the corners were not clean. I was there for three days and there was only 2 wash clothes put in my room. I could hear my neighbors next door coughing, etc. I would not stay here again

Good hotel for a conference

Good location to Ontario Airport, convention centers, and other hotels. The shuttle drivers were prompt and friendly and the hotel restaurant's breakfast was quick and delicious with homemade oatmeal and the morning Wall Street Journal. My room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay!

New Years eve

The hotel was reasonable price for New Year's Eve. Not busy with it being a holiday. Have stayed before and will stay again.

Quick business trip.

Pros: Close to ONT, spacious, large rooms, clean.
Cons: The "Business Center" is totally inadequate. There is one computer (that works unreliably) and a broken printer. I will not return until fixed.
Mostly all good, except for the inadequate Business Center.

Shuttle not big enough

This stay was great until it was time to leave. My co-worker and I had checked in the night before a flight home after a business trip. We asked to take the shuttle to the airport in the am and we were put on the list for the 5am shuttle and were the first 2 on the list for that time. We got down stairs 5 till 5am to check out and catch the shuttle. The driver told us there was a problem, "they had too many people booked on the shuttle and we would have to wait until 5:30 to catch the next shuttle or take a cab." 5:30am was too late in order for us to catch our plane after going through security. I refused to pay for a cab on behalf of the hotels mistake. We got bump from the shuttle because of crew members for an airline. I have no issue with those crew members going ahead of time, I get that. I have an issue with the hotel for not telling us or not being more helpful. They could have cared less that we were going to be late for our flight or cared less that the cab the were going to call was going to take 20-25 mins to come and get us and we have to pay for it. I called an UBER and made my flight in plenty of time. The communication on the staff side was rude and inconsiderate. Simple solution for a hotel of this many rooms would be to have 2 shuttles or to get a bigger shuttle, not a 7 passenger van.
