Run down, dirty and minimal service or ammenities

I emailed and called for shuttle service, arriving close to midnight due to late flight. Called for shuttle service, which picked up flight crew and left me in the cold alone at night driving past me because the shuttle was in the shop. Waited 30 minutes for a service that was supposed to be right there. Checked in late with rooms and lobby with dirty,stained, food on carpets, disgusting. The room had one small coffee maker, no fridge or anything else. Too tired and afraid to eat breakfast due to cleanliness. Waited an hour for shuttle to airport the next morning. Had to ask twice and remind front desk who rudely informed me I was supposed to ask whenI checked back, the coworker explained I had asked.
No business office. Room not cleaned at all the first day, had to ask the next day that they clean the room. I checked out one day early though no refund simply because it was sub par experience. No one asked me why I was checking out early, they just didn't care. I would say there were three staff who were very helpful and the rest were apathetic. Something to be said about having to wait for front desk to finish their conversation or handle just one customer when three staff were standing there chatting.
