Weekend Escape from Stress

Pros: I love the location to the large mall and many restaurants nearby and the free for my trip back home. In addition is the overall feel of the room.
Cons: the addition of a small refrigerator would be a nice plus.
As always leaving a stressful week is great and having a relaxing place to stay is number one on the list of must haves. I was greeted by an efficient clerk who processed my information quickly and welcomed me to the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable as I expected it to be.

Bad experience

Left my headphones in the room when I checked out. I returned about 3 hours later to claim my beats headphones on the front desk and the person at the front was very rude and said they didn't find anything . So basically they stole my beats headphones because that's the only place o had them before entering my car when I realized I had left them in room

Nice hotel and friendly staff

We have fun, me and my girls enjoyed our stay only we don't like is our hotel keys sometimes working and mostly we need to go back to the lobby to asks for a new one :-(

The lobby was nice but the room needed repairs

Some of the doors in the room wouldn't close, the water didn't drain out of the shower so we were standing in a pool of water due to little to no drainage. The carpet was pretty dirty so we didn't want to walk around without socks, the hotel itself was nice but I believe the room was definitely neglected and needed work and repairs.

Rooms were a good size, pretty large. Hotel had a lot of amenities, sad gift shop was closed on Sunday's however staff was fast to accommodate.

Run down, dirty and minimal service or ammenities

Pros: Convenient to airport, less than ten minute drive.
Cons: Everything, Sadly lacking and poorly maintained, once must have been nice, just not cleaned well.
Location: Convenient to a mall and freeways
I emailed and called for shuttle service, arriving close to midnight due to late flight. Called for shuttle service, which picked up flight crew and left me in the cold alone at night driving past me because the shuttle was in the shop. Waited 30 minutes for a service that was supposed to be right there. Checked in late with rooms and lobby with dirty,stained, food on carpets, disgusting. The room had one small coffee maker, no fridge or anything else. Too tired and afraid to eat breakfast due to cleanliness. Waited an hour for shuttle to airport the next morning. Had to ask twice and remind front desk who rudely informed me I was supposed to ask whenI checked back, the coworker explained I had asked. No business office. Room not cleaned at all the first day, had to ask the next day that they clean the room. I checked out one day early though no refund simply because it was sub par experience. No one asked me why I was checking out early, they just didn't care. I would say there were three staff who were very helpful and the rest were apathetic. Something to be said about having to wait for front desk to finish their conversation or handle just one customer when three staff were standing there chatting.

Nice hotel close to the airport

We were in and out for a business trip and booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. The staff was friendly and our room was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
