absolute junk! hotel needs a make over ASAP!

I have never in my life stayed in awful hotel nor have i written a negatrive review about anything. my list of complaints is to long to list it all. To start, when we 1st walked in to our room it made my daughther and i almost sick to our stomach. It smelled like old cigarete and stale air. We had to go to our car to get the car perfume to spray on our room and open the windows and turn on the fan to be able able to breath. Im just going to list rest - 1. our door-lock was broken and we couldn't lock our room. 2. The carpet was old and stained. I called to complain about the lock and ask for towels so i could put them on the floor, I was able to reach them but they never came. The bathroom toilet would not flush. The shower has sprayed all over and leaking. The bathroom walls have molds on the corners. Floor was dirty. Pillows were yellow underneath the pillow case. Our TV would not work. Outlets by the bed and the desk would not work. We went to get ice but both wouldnt work so we have to go to lobby to get it. No vending machines and we need to get to lobby to get water. There are suppose to be more but you judst need to figure it out.

TV did not function. Front desk did not accomodate...Berta was the Front desk attendant. For 3 hours she said they were going to change my room to one with a working TV. She baited me and never accommodated me. That, on her part, was poor service.

First room we were booked into the TV didn't work the second room they put us in didn't have a frig and had a terrible oder to it so we called to get switched back to our first room and never got a call back from them for the price u pay there u think they would have better communication...

Ok hotel, not so good room.

We reserved a room with one king size bed and they gave us a double room, when we got to the room and saw the double beds we requested the switch but they said it was because i booked thru expedia, so they couldn't do anything, that I should have booked directly through the hotel website. Also, they said they even if they have a room, they didn't have enough personnel to "refresh" the room,when i told her we just got there and we hadn't used anything she said again they didn't have personnel to send up to check the room, so we ended up staying in that room. Our room was really close to the airport and you could hear the noise of the planes. There was also a noise coming from the roof, not sure what it was but it didn't went away. I would go back to give it a second chance as the room was big enough, clean and the hotel is in a good location, nearby to many places.

Older hotel needs attention and housekeeping

We had booked a king size bed and we got two full sized beds! The hotel was fully booked and they couldn't fix that. Housekeeping never cleaned our room! There were no menus in our room and the ice machine was broken and there was mold in the bathroom and no fan.

Convenient Hotel to Airport

Pros: The bed was great and slept well.
Cons: Hotel needs a bit of an overall upgrade from carpets to paint to the furniture through out the hotel (not just room furnishings). Signage at pool.
Location: The airport is very near the hotel. I stayed for the location relative the the Fontana Raceway approximately 8 miles away.
This property obviously has been around awhile and is showing its age. It is not well sound proofed between room thus conversations and TV could be heard. Maid service was less than desirable and they failed to provide replacement hand towels for those they removed from the room. The gym had several weight work positions and cardio machines. The gym was not well maintained in that there was broken equipment, no towels and broken clock. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room met my requirements for a place to sleep while keeping busy outside the hotel property most of the weekend stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone that needs an economical, convenient hotel near the airport.

Close to the airport

I didn't feel like driving to Victorville after my flight I was tired. So I got a room at the Radisson hotel I'm thinking this is a great hotel. I checked in I got help with my bags going to my room I open up the door they smell like mildew in there I went to the bathroom Nats are flying everywhere all in the shower on the floor and even in the toilet . I called the front desk I told them about it they sent a worker up there to look I could not tell if you work for the hotel or not dressed in blue jeans regular T-shirt I had his hat turned backwards I didn't know if I should let him in my room or not . So they switch me to another room it was better than the first one I tried turning on the TV the TV didn't come on I call the front desk she said unplug it wait 10 seconds and plug it back in I never heard of that before the TV kept going off all night long I didn't rest at the hotel at all . I don't mind spending the money but I deserve better than what I got.
