Smoky smell and dirty carpet

I chose this hotel because it is close to ONT airport. Upon arrival, it is a plus because there are many vacant parking spaces HOWEVER it came to my mind that no enough visitors are in this hotel that's why there are lot of parking spaces available. After I checked in, we went upstairs to the room and on our way up, what I observed is that this building is not well maintained. When we opened the door, the room space is good but the smell of the room is not. (Smells like smoke) Carpet is dirty. Will not stay here again

No big problem. Lost wifi connection around 9 pm. Called front office and there was prompt response. Good access to nearby eating places/restaurants. For the money, you can't complaint.
