Only served it's purpose - nothing more

Not ADA friendly @ all -- the carpet on ramp for wheelchair was all loose & bubbled & wheelchair kept getting caught up on it.
Restroom in room very small & hard to get around even with just using the crutches. Had hard time closing & opening door & trying to move to use facility.
Ordered chicken wings & drinks for room after event & the wings were still cold inside & out. Chicken skin breading mushy as though only portions were able to defrost. Very disappointing after long day & just wanted to relax in room & not deal with restaurant crowds off site. We didn't even eat the wings.
Trash was in corners of hall entering the rooms - coffee stirs, sugar wraps, etc as though vacuum didn't get into corner & no extra effort was made to pick up items.
*** compliments to your bar hostess who took & delivered our food/beverage orders to our rooms. She was very pleaseant, had a cute personality & dealt well with her customers. Also, to your shuttle driver very pleasant & helpful with the wheelchair***

I was quite distressed to read that you had such a poor experience here at the Ontario Airport Hotel. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize. I know that does not change your experience, but I have discussed these issues with all the other department managers, and we will work on getting these issues resolved.
