Surprisingly nice - A great value

Location: shopping, concerts
The room was much nicer than expected since I was only looking to find somewhere cheap to stay for the night. The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. I stayed here because I was going to a music festival at the San Manuel Amphitheater and it was a surprisingly quick trip back and forth. It was definitely worth the stay.

We have been staying here for the past 3 years. This last experience was a bit disappointing. The shower had mold and found hair on the bathroom floor, stains on the carpet. The bed was very comfortable, large rooms. great location and very nice staff.

Only served it's purpose - nothing more

Pros: LOCATION - close to Citizen's Arena, huge shopping mall, restaurants (all easy walking distance), freeway accesses & airport.
Cons: ALL handicapped accessibilities! Hotel lobby, rooms & shuttle van - extremely difficult to get into & out of without any handicap ramp/handlebars
Location: Huge mall with plenty of restaurants to choose from close by.
Not ADA friendly @ all -- the carpet on ramp for wheelchair was all loose & bubbled & wheelchair kept getting caught up on it. Restroom in room very small & hard to get around even with just using the crutches. Had hard time closing & opening door & trying to move to use facility. Ordered chicken wings & drinks for room after event & the wings were still cold inside & out. Chicken skin breading mushy as though only portions were able to defrost. Very disappointing after long day & just wanted to relax in room & not deal with restaurant crowds off site. We didn't even eat the wings. Trash was in corners of hall entering the rooms - coffee stirs, sugar wraps, etc as though vacuum didn't get into corner & no extra effort was made to pick up items. *** compliments to your bar hostess who took & delivered our food/beverage orders to our rooms. She was very pleaseant, had a cute personality & dealt well with her customers. Also, to your shuttle driver very pleasant & helpful with the wheelchair***

Great customer service. Went above and beyond to provide a mini refrigerator to us and no additional cost. Shuttle service slowed us to drop our rental car the night prior making the morning less hectic and they then shuttled us to the airport. First room the AC was not working but they quickly changed us to a room that it was. Would recommend. No continental breakfast though.

Nice pool

The staff was nice. Great pool and a convenient location. The bed was clean and comfortable but the room was in need of a good deep cleaning and dusting of the air conditioner vents. Overall a comfortable stay.

The plug in the bathroom didn't work, the bed was lumpy, had to have the key cards reprogramed, and the TV takes a full 5 seconds to change channels or turn on after you pressed the button.

Terrible Hotel is designed for Chinese Tourists.

Pros: Nothing did not have neither fridge , nor microwave in my room. Towels were not properly washed. I found other guests' hair. I saw a BED BUG!!!!!
Cons: 1. provide clean towels & bed sheets 2. take care of BED BUGS 3. add fridge & microwave 4. hotel needs a 8/day starbucks
Location: Nothing...
i am not going to book this hotel never again. Dirty & noisy Hotel which is set for Chinese Tourism. I saw BED BUGS EVERYWHERE. Hotel must be reported to HEALTH Authorities because of BEDBUGS.
