Here you come to rest and experience the true island feeling. The woods and dunes are within easy reach. Our lodges are located in the former fishing village Oost near the Wadden Sea and in the most beautiful village on Texel Oosterend.
De Zilverling located in De Florijn, a luxurious detached thatched farmhouse. It was built in 2009 and has four very comfortable and nicely furnished apartments. With heated floors and beautiful wood stoves you can enjoy Texel every season. Each apartment has its own south-facing terrace. For children, the large garden around the farmhouse is a real play paradise (more than 1 000 m2). The apartments also have ample parking. De Florijn offers in total four apartments.
Eiland Lodge Dream of country life? Then you are exactly right in De Zilverling. The scent of wood floors and the magnificent light are free. See yourself standing at the stove? With pots and pans clattering and views of the grazing lands? Maybe cooking is not your thing. No problem, in the village there are plenty of alternatives. But the farmer's kitchen ... We think that will charm of rural charm. And you will undoubtedly spend countless comfortable hours. In summer, replace the kitchen table with a place on the terrace. If you are early out of bed, you will be rewarded with a beautiful sunrise. If you like to be alone, then take a short walk to the dike. The golden sun rays shining on the water and wading birds announce with a loud scream on the next day.

The Island Lodge De Florijn has been erected in 2009 construction workers who love their job. Artfully milled doors, small niches and a beamed ceiling, like you have never seen them create an atmosphere in which you feel at home immediately. In De Zilverling you have the best view, because you look directly at the dike. The colors follow the changing seasons with bright green in the spring and the straight lines of a dark ground in winter. Just outside your field of vision, the wooden vessel is on the large lawn where your children will experience the wildest adventures at sea!
