Home away from home

The staff were great and very accommodating. My mom was with me and needed an extra blanket. The front desk guy was happy to help. The breakfast was great. I will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel convenient stores

Pros: Very easy to get to right off interstate
Cons: Pool needed more attention
Location: Plenty things to do flea market down a few exits good restaurants everywhere and shopping nearby
convenient stores forget some items stores right down the street hotel was clean and stuff friendly

Room was standard for this chain. Needs some TLC. Bathroom was not clean. No coffee maker. Breakfast was ok

Keep expectations low and you will be fine

Pros: location/convenient; bed was okay
Cons: needs a good airing out - cleaning and towels refreshed. Breakfast was minimal.
On first arrival the hotel seems okay - however there is strong musty and smoked in smell. We arrived around 9:00 pm and had to wait a bit for someone to appear at desk. Check in was okay - however my nonsmoking room was definitely a smoked in room. Went back and was given another room without any problem. Linens were okay - towels older and somewhat dingy. Just overall feeling of musty/old/unclean. We were in an out early next morning so for a one night passing through it was ok. Would probably not stay there again. Breakfast was not impressive. Upon check in I requested water - was told to go to vending machines and those were out of water so we were just out of luck on drinking water. That in itself is a big problem for me. Keep water for your guests!! It's cheap. I mean - charge an extra $1 on the room and give us a free bottle of water in the room! Little goes a long way.

Thank you for your recent stay and apologize for the trouble you had while stay here, also we have a water fountain and and refresh water with infused lemon water in lobby. we dont keep any water bottle behind desk but we do have vending machine which has a water bottle for sale.
