Do not stay here

Pros: Breakfast was nice
Cons: Over haul of property
First room ac broken, second room ac spraying water into room and not cooling. Outside temps were in the 90,s. miserable!!!

Hotel easy on/off Interstate

Pros: Spacious room, price.
Cons: See above complaint.
Location: NA just passing through.
July in south Louisiana is hot and humid. Therefore, one would hope that the hotel room would be nice and cool upon arrival. This was not the case when we arrived. We quickly tried to turn the thermostat down finding the knob broken It took a bit of twisting of the knob until finally it moved to a cooler position. Yet, this didn't do much to cool the room. We then check in the air conditioner filters which were thick with particulate matter....air could not flow through this mat of dirt. We cleaned the filters........which it seemed had not been completed in some time. Finally, the room began to cool. See attached photos. I do have photos of this however I have not been able to post them. : (

It was HORRIBLE.we went to our concert and got back to the room around 11 tried to get some sleep but around midnight people started gathering in the parking lot and they stayed there untill 3 o'clock in the morning.Then at 4 more people got there so we didn't sleep all night.We ended up leaving at 5 in the morning it was HORRIBLE.I paid 118.00 dollards for that room we don't have money to throw away.WILL NEVER GO BACK

Rude day management

I arrived late that evening and asked If it was any way I could get a late check out. The desk attendant told me 12 o clock would be fine. The next morning not long after 11:05 while getting ready to be on my way the manager comes to the door and talked to me every rudely. Basically saying you need to get out now. Definitely not happy spending money at hotel and being talked to rudely by management.
