Worst hotel experience of my life

Posted Oct 30, 2017
Overall horrible, didn't even stay one night because they weren't able to resolve the situation, but they took our money anyway.

Close to Nord

Posted Oct 27, 2017
Pros: Diversity of surroundings. Easy to get to the Eurostar.
Cons: Better room facilities- an iron, kettle, or fridge would make the room much easier to stay in.
Location: Sacre Coeur is pretty much on you doorstep- via a steep set of steps! Moulin Rouge and the red light district are just a few minutes walk away.
Felt more like a two star hostel than a three star hotel. We weren't expecting much, but a mini fridge or tea and coffee making facilities in the room would've been reasonable for the price.

Very rude staff, bad rooms

Posted Oct 18, 2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Lots to be improved. Start with staff behaviour and then get the rooms cleaned.
Location: Location is nice. Lots of things to see, do, eat and shop.
Rooms at this hotel are no where close to the pictures on Expedia. In reality the rooms are much smaller, not very clean, poorly lit and poorly ventilated. Their staff is very rude with guests, specially the person we met in the morning while checking out. They are more interested in selling their airport shuttle service then making the guest experience pleasant. And if you don't purchase the airport shuttle from them then their behaviour goes from bad to worse. Very disappointed, will never recommend it to anyone.

Hotel close to Metro - friendly and helpful staff

Posted Sep 29, 2017
Best pluses are closeness to Metro and great and multilingual staff. Rooms are really tiny and basic, breakfast is simple but does the job. Hotel close to sketchy streets specially as you get off the metro and walk back to the hotel. I would not r commend it to someone who is coming during the summer since there is not air conditioning and having the windows open may be noisy.

Pros: Breakfast was ok.
The room was 106, it was very 1930's looking with only a 1930's steam heater and no A/C. You did have a ceiling fan but the noise was whining and got on your nerves, The bed was the size of a twin bed with only a mattress and no box spring so it was not comfortable at all. Don't be fooled by the photos you see on the website. Besides it isn't in the best part of town. Actually there are many sex shops and bars like the "Dirty Dick" with in a block away. Oh yeah don't eat at the Mc Donalds that's close by. The one that sits between the XXX movie house and the sex shop. They ripped us off of over $85 euro and promised to reimburse us but it was come back tomorrow over and over. Of the week we were in Paris these were the only bad experiences we had. The Metro was great, the Big Red Bus Tour was great. The restaurants around the city were wonderful and if you get a chance eat at "Five Guys"
