Clean, Cosy and Friendly

I had a great stay here. Found the staff helpful and very nice. I would stay here again.

Good location but room is poorly maintained.

Cons: Room need to be updated and elevator need to be repaired.
The lobby was really small and the photos on the website look way better than the actual condition. Our room was not well maintained. Some parts of the wall/floor area is worn out which you can clearly see the wood parts underneath. We stayed for four nights, one night when we came back to the hotel, there was a power outage for at least 20 or 30 minutes .... I have never had this kind of experience in a hotel before. No other buildings around had power outages at that time. The worst part was we had to carry our luggage down to first floor because the tiny elevator was out of order after the power outage the next morning. I would not recommend to my friends and will not come back.

Dear clients, Hotel Villa La Parisienne, is a small and charming boutique hotels of 28 rooms in Paris. We are nestled right in the middle of Paris, the downside is that we have a lack of space, but the picture of our lobby, reflects reality. You can imagine the size by the layout of the sofa, the reception :-) I tried to push the walls but for the moment it’s impossible ! For the problems of walls and baseboards damaged, we had a water damage and had to wait for the walls to dry. Your reservation was registered and I didn't want to move you to another hotel so you would not be dissatisfied. This does not affect the proper functioning of the rooms, but actually it isn't very aesthetic and we apologize for this. For the problem of power outage. I remember that it was during the week-end. We had have to wait for the electrician. As you wrote it last 20 to 30 minutes. It seems to be long for you, but I can assure you to have someone during the week-end at least less the 30 minutes, it is really quick. I don’t know if you complain about those problems to the front desk during your stay, and we would have been happy to offer you to change for another room or breakfast or anything else. This is also very frustrating for us that you didn’t say anything when you were at our hotel and then you complain on internet. It’s too late, we can’t act. I can assure you that we put our energy to satisfy our clients day after day, 24/24 hours, 365 days/ year, but sometime elements are unpredictable and we have to manage with those factors! Nice but not informed staff

Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Communication between Expedia and Hotel.
We had booking via Expedia.co.uk We did pay for breakfast for all our stay (we had also confirmation from Expedia). Staff did keep telling us that it is not paid and they still have problem with Expedia's bookings. Actually - each member of reception's staff keep telling us different each time. It was very disappointing even when check out. Lots of problems because of that.

The hotel is situated in a good part of Paris, close the Metros, cafes and the Opera. The room and bathroom is very small and not as fresh as the photos they advertise. Breakfast was ordinary so we chose to have it at a local cafe to get the full Parisian experience. Overall the hotel is priced well and the staff are very friendly.

Dear Mez, We would like to apologize if our hotel didn't match your expectative. You carry your dissatisfaction about the size of the room. We can understand your disappointment, however the descriptive of our rooms is specified on our websites, or by our receptionists at the reservation or by mail when sending the confirmation of your reservation. The size of the rooms in Paris remains a problem for many establishments. Our architect was inspired by the trend of concept hotels in New York, London or Berlin to offer you the most comfortable and cozy room despite the architectural constraints, all designed for the comfort and well-being of our guests. For our breakfast, honestly I don’t understand your complain. We proposed hot and cold drinks, fresh squeeze orange juice, other juices, different kind of pastries, bread, jam, ham, chicken, cheese, fresh fruits etc…For a 3* hotel, this is very full buffet breakfast and I don’t think you would find this choice in a Parisian café. The hotel is nice, but a 100 dollars bill went missing from my sister' wallet when we left it in the room for the day. We didn't leave it in the safe unfortunately. The safe doesn't come with how to use instructions.

Nice hotel will stay again

Pros: Staff, room
Cons: For us everything is good
Location: Near metro station Notre-Dame des-cham, restaurants, walking distance to galleries lafayette
Nice hotel and near metro station. Staff very nice and helpful especially the girl on duty during ours stay (6 Nov 2016 to 10 Nov 2016). Nearby got a lot of restaurant and chinese restaurant as well. Room is clean and comfort.
