The bathroom was dirty. Used little shampoo bottle and dirty floor. Mini fridge did not get cold. The milk at the breakfast bar was extremely watered down. The cereal was stale. Price was too high for a place that cuts corners. Will avoid Best Westerns for now on.

Smell of Indian food in the lobby and halls was overwhelming. Woken at 2am from banging in next room . Dark drab decor , very limited towels . Terrible stay !!!

Thank you for reviewing our hotel. Our towels are within standards with the hotel brand. We do not have an Indian restaurant or no one cooks Indian food at our hotel. Our hotel is open 24 hours and rooms are rented through out the night. I see you came to the front desk and complained about getting woke up due to noise at 2 am, our front desk apologized and let you know that she had just rented a room close to you and they were getting settled in. We had over half the hotel occupied and no one else complained about noise or the smell you are referring about. Again we understand your issue and we strive to give customer service to our guest.

Great price for a great stay
This is a beautifully maintained property. It feels like it's newly constructed. Impressive lobby area, quick-and-professional check-in, comfortable and quiet rooms. Bed is comfortable, really nice bathroom, and great breakfast options. I really like this place!

The BEST hotel in Opp!
The staff is amazing! Our room was clean, safe, and much better than our previous stays at the other local hotel. Breakfast was delicious. We will never stay at another Opp hotel.

Great staff,good coffee and not bad food at continental breakfast,great frt desk staff,wk out room for cardio, and even better a seldom used 1/2 mile dead end road that i did cario on that is right beside hotel. Parking is great and acess to the hotel is probably the best in all of my travels. Safe and quit.Also a laundry room,and they have coke machine and snacks front desk

I was really impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel. It was probably one of the cleanest that I have ever stayed in. And the owners were so accommodating. I called and requested that the 2 rooms that I reserved be together and easy access because we're handicapped, and they were perfectly located. We were well taken care of.

Easy check in even though we showed at 11pm, friendly desk Clerk ,helpful with driving directions fornext day, Room clean and comfy, lots of hot water and quiet. Breakfast was good, everything you would want for a quick breakfast! We will stay again'n Thank you!

Property was well kept, but sometimes I never even saw staff in the morning. I later discovered that if there was no one at the desk, they were usually in the back office keeping watch via camera. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The exercise room could use a new elliptical (they current machine is broken and offers zero resistance), but otherwise everything was in proper order, including the pool. I found my stay relaxing and quiet, good after long hours on the job site.

Much nicer than the alternative!
Everything about this hotel is worth the trip. The only complaint was the mattress was a little uncomfortable. My husband is a big guy so he always notices. The breakfast was good. The lady who ran everything was very helpful and sweet. We go to Opp 1-2x a year and used to stay at the E.x Inn because it’s cheap and close, but now I’ve been spoiled!

Nice and clean, comfy beds, but earlier and later times would be nice for people that are traveling through driving 7 or 8 hour days between midwest and Florida. Couldn't even use pool!

Booked at this property was driving for 10 hours got there the clerk let me in and told me couldn’t find me in the system with a complete attitude and told Expedia they didn’t have any vacancy but let me to check for my reservation she was rude and unprofessional I tried booking the following day and was told I couldn’t book a room there because of the following night

Sorry but you did not have a reservation at the time you were trying to check in. Our front desk tried to help you out but you got upset and left. Your reservation thru Expedia a few hours after you left. You were not charged anything for our hotel.
