Remodeling

Cons: Cleaning.
They were upgrading so I don't want to be too harsh, but the refrigerator didn't work at first, only when I unplugged and then plugged it back in that it worked. The cover on the bathtub floor had black gunk under it, not cleaned in a while. On the upside, the staff was very helpful in helping us and we were close to the Grand Ole Opry.

Hotel is outdated, and dirty.

Would never book this place again. Dirty and run down. Had 4 rooms booked. Two couples had to be moved from original rooms. One couple twice. Really disappointed that Expedia has a place like this on their website.

Nice area outside motel looks good inside not as nice. Carpets need replacing some painting in pool area and above front door. Staff was nice. Cleaning staff left no small towels or washcloths had to go the front counter for towels. But overall it was a good place to stay for what we wanted to do and visit family in the area.

Wouldn't stay here twice

Staff was very friendly. Our room wouldn't lock with out the key. Once we opened our door and took the key out the door automatically locked and wouldn't shut so we had to lock it but re-inserting the key and lock it that way. House keeping came by at 8am and woke us up multiple times. We didn't have a do not disturb sign so we couldn't hang it on the door. We could here a maid arguing with someone on her sale phone and it was a very loud argument with lots of colorful language. And th breakfast wasn't good either. The food tasted very old and stale

No carpet in hallway sheets were very old stains on carpet. Window was very dirty sticky
