Great location and price! While the hotel itself is older you can tell it is well taken care of! The room was huge and super clean! There was a separate bedroom, and the shower looked newly upgraded in the bathroom. No carpet either! Bed was comfy and AC worked great! While I didn’t use the pool it did look very clean. I wasn’t in the room much except to sleep, the location is great! Lots of restaurants around, close to the convention center and a short 15 minute walk to Disneyland. The BEST part of this hotel is the staff! They were all so nice and friendly! I would definitely stay again.

Overall it was a good place to crash for a night. Property is old and in need of some repairs but the room was clean and bug free. My biggest complaint is the lack of security locks on the door of the room which did not feel safe traveling alone.

Property is very convenient for Disneyland and the convention center. The check process itself was easy. The rooms are basic but so far quiet. The first room we were given had a housekeeping issue that we found immediately but the front desk when made aware of it was able to switch us to another room with no issue. The hot tub and pool area are nice and it was good to relax in the hot tub after a long day when the weather gave a break.

Best beds we’ve ever had at a hotel by far. Spent ten days here and slept like a baby. The pool was super cold but we still used it non stop. It is a little dirty and musty but we had tons of space. It’s pretty good

Overall it was ok, there are roaches in bathroom and by fridge area, the first night I didn’t notice them but the second night they were all around fridge. The staff was nice and the distance was decent but I will not stay here just to save some $ I can’t stay with roaches!

For something that charges an additional resort fee on check in, you don’t get much. The towels were small and thin. My room was visibly dirty; mold in the shower, dust and markings on the headboard and wall above the bed, three or four flying gnats in the room that had to be killed. The shower head was awful, no water pressure at all. I’ve stayed here years ago when it was cheaper and these things didn’t bother me as much because I knew what staying in a cheap hotel meant, but since prices have gone up, I thought the hotel would have made some adjustments. The staff has always been friendly and it’s walking distance to Disneyland so it’s good for that. The bedsheets were clean and all the in room amenities worked.

We loved that this hotel was super close to Disneyland, unfortunately that Is pretty much it. The pictures are very deceiving it is nowhere near the pictures. We had to get cleaning supplies and clean the room and the bathroom. The good thing is we planned ahead and brought disposable sheets and pillow cases just in case.

It was a good affordable hotel within walking distance to Disneyland (10-15 minutes). Wasn’t the cleanest, but beds were comfortable and for how little time we spend there it was perfect for what we needed. But definitely need to clean the rooms better.

Let’s just say, you get what you pay for. If you want something close to Disneyland and don’t plan on being at hotel much then it’s a good options. Place needs some serious improvements. Could be such a nice place. It looks like they tried to revamp our room and hired a 5 year old to do it. Paint all over baseboards, laminate flooring crooked and coming apart already, and paint chipping. Do I even get into cleanliness? Board line kinda gross. Hair on walls and night stand when we got there. Hair and dust caked in every corner of bathroom. Furniture chipped. Towels the size of hand towels, could barely wrap it around my body. We were at Disneyland sun up to sun down so really only slept there and the beds are decent. That was the only plus to staying here besides it being in walking distance to Disneyland. Parking is kinda of hard so if you have a bigger vehicle it’s tight. The surrounds area was nice and there was plenty of eating and shopping for basic essentials close by which was nice. It met our needs for the 2 nights we went to Disneyland. But it was undesirable on many levels. The exterior leaves a lot to be desired. the bathroom looked like it still had someone’s vomit or waste on the sides of the wall and toilet. The shower had hair on the walls. The towels are like small squares of sandpaper and also quite stained. Both beds seemed to have sand/dirt in the sheets. We slept on top of the sheets and were basically just there to sleep. But I can’t beat the location to the park or the convention center for the price I paid, and I knew it wasn’t going to be 5 stars so I got what I paid for.

I was happy that the room had hardwood floor. And the beds looked clean. But the bathroom had mold and a poor remodel job. None of us were willing to try showering in it. We found someone else’s toenail clippings on the floor. And we found a cockroach outside in the walkway. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed in room 224 ,the room was large , beds were comfortable . Room had a stench . I mean you get what you pay for we stayed 1 night only . Unfortunately the night we stayed it rained and the roof was leaking . TV didn’t work think the batteries needed replacement. Needs updating. Close to restaurants.

Rooms are updated. 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Area is safe. Staff friendly. Close to Toy Story parking to take shuttle if you not want to walk. Our room was on the first floor. If you don’t mind the upstairs noise. I recommend.

Great service
Great stay, very close to the parks. We loved how many restaurants were within walking distance. We didn't even rent a car during our trip! We just walked everywhere. The service was amazing, too. We arrived 4 hours before check-in, and we're worried about having to lug all our bags around Downtown Disney while we waited. But they were able to get a room ready for us early! It was a huge relief. We'll definitely stay here again.

Super disappointing
Our toilet was broken. We had to keep lifting back and fix between flushes. Sink smelt like sewage every time water was turned on. It was awful. The hot tub water was green. The pool had blue water but too cold to get into that.
