Great Value

Posted Jan 2, 2017
Stayed here on a last minute booking after we couldn't extend our stay at our original hotel. Check in was fast and efficient, continental breakfast was included in the rate and was nice, a little bit far from Disney but would still recommend although you definitely need a car if staying here.

Paying for the location "Anaheim Hills"

Posted Dec 2, 2016
Pros: Staff was nice
Cons: It's a business and you never can tell or discriminate against your customers. With that being said you I do not blame the hotel for the drugs people
Location: There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Food range from organics, vegan, various cultural dishes.
The staff were very nice. Had I known, a Fairfield Hotel was closer I would have paid the extra $20 and gotten breakfast. The cities names are so close, I didn't realize how close I was to Yorba Linda (a few miles down). My concern was the night we check in, we just happen to get a room close to the stairs and the people who check-in appeared to have alot of drug traffic in and out of the room. We stayed there because of an work emergency and I worried about the kids. There was a man sitting on the stairs with his bike that we had to get by to go to our room. $129 for a single king size room is a bit pricey considering you get nothing with it. If you're on vacation the plus is the stores and restaurants are within walking distance. However, I recommend this as a last minute stay. If you want stores and shopping and a great hotel, drive a couple of miles down to Yorba Linda if you are spending money for a better experience. Also, only basic tv programing, very similar to a motel 6, just priced higher.

How is this hotel in business?

Posted Aug 28, 2016
The bathrooms were so dirty. Don't even get me started on the carpet. Black stains on the carpet. As I write this am shivering just to think what was hidden underneath. This room was not worth the high price they charged. I should ask for a refund.

Didn't smell fresh

Posted Aug 10, 2016
The hotel had an old not so fresh smell to it and I was afraid to take my shoes off. The hotel staff was also slow to greet me as I checked in and out. I felt like nobody was working.

Close to next destination

Posted Jul 29, 2016
Smoke detector started beeping at 2:00am in the morning. Should change all batteries timely for this not to happen. Rooms need to be updated as far as the furniture and cabinets a bit outdated making the room not so welcoming.

It was an OK place to stay. Not horrible, not great. It felt overpriced for what it was, but it's also Orange County (Disneyland) in the summertime. Anywhere else it would probably be $60-80/night, and that seems about right. At $125/night, I'd expect a little nicer. Huge room (a suite, actually) so that was nice.

Horribly disappointed

Posted Jul 20, 2016
Sheets didn't look clean and the maid I was going to ask for towels gave me such a rude scowl, I just went back to my room. Pool area & water were filthy. We decided not to stay and checked out immediately. What a waste of money!

A lot better than I expected!

Posted Jul 16, 2016
Pros: It is very close to our destination and the restaurant next door is excellent.
The new owners are updating a lot of things. Everything was very clean. The office worker was very helpful. No problems what so ever.

Great location for us

Posted Jul 7, 2016
Very roomy and clean. Only issue was the dresser...drawers would not stay shut! Entire dresser leaned toward middle of room. Food was ok at breakfast and other than we really wanted downstairs room, were told they were sold out, yet parking lot hardly had any cars in it. We would stay again because of price and space. Never got to pool but looked really inviting.

Thank you for your comment. Our hotel books rooms for internationally traveling guests who are brought to our hotel in large buses. This is why not many cars are in our parking lot. If you do stay with us again, please notify the front desk, at time of reservation, that you request a downstairs rooms. However, this is only a request and not a guarantee. We thank you for your opinion and we are working hard to improve our hotel.
