Good location

Hotel was ok very good location to either walk or ride the tram to downtown disney only stayed one night but overall was a good stay no problems

Great location, but nothing spectacular

Pros: Location. A short 5 minute walk to the tram. There is nothing to do on Ball road other than sleep.
Cons: Breakfast for sure.
Location: There is nothing on Ball other than the parking structure. If you want quiet stay here. If you are looking for more stay on Harbor.
The room was dirty. The sheets and towels need to be replaced. The free breakfast consisted of mini muffins and juice boxes.

You get what you pay for

Pros: I like the laminate flooring instead of carpet and its location to Disneyland.
Cons: PARKING! Clearer instructions to guests about how to check out before the lobby is open. Menus of local restaurants that deliver to that hotel.
Location: The location is great for Disney if you plan to drive. It is easy to find and get around as it is right on Ball Road just past the Disneyland Drive.
The hotel is in a great location for visiting Disneyland. It is right around the corner from the Disneyland Drive entrance to the parking structure. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The room was clean but I did find a dead cockroach in our room. The staff was efficient. The lobby has a sign saying to ring for service or call before 7 am... no answer. We could not check out till after 7 am when someone was in the lobby. There was not enough parking to go around. There were people double parked behind us when we tried to leave our room on more than one occasion. For the price the room was okay. We tried to order pizza from the restaurant ad printed on our electronic key.... They said they didn't deliver to that hotel.

OK Motel for a quick stay

Pros: close to Disneyland. It was clean.
Cons: Needs a clock radio. Replace all lamps, very old and mostly repaired over time to maintain functionality, but thats all. 11am checkout is too early.
Floors are all plastic wood. Slippery when wet. Bathroom door would not close. Toilet was loose on floor. Bed slid around when you sat on it. Seemed more like a slapped together basement kinda room, than a motel room next to Disneyland. Parking was bad, NOT ENOUGH for all rooms and no options.

5 minute walk to the Disney tram. Saved $18 by not having to pay for Disney's parking. Great price and free continental breakfast.

Decent Hotel Walkable To Disneyland

Overall nice stay. Please put in some plug points for charging phones/devices etc. Breakfast could have a couple more options. Disney trams area is just a five minute walk. So that was really a value for money factor.

Terrible place

We hated this place. It was skeevy, the beds were uncomfortable and we were afraid to turn the lights off for fear that something would come crawling out. We never slept and couldn't leave fast enough.

It was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. There was no hot water, the queen beds were dulls and not comfortable and the towels were tiny, thin and full of stains. There was no hair dryer in the room, you had to go to the front desk to get one. The rooms are old and not renovated at all. I will not stay there again.

Good location!

We were assigned Room 101. The power points were not working. Customer service was good. Breakfast is only muffins, juice and coffee which I think is not a whole lot but good enough to keep you going before your grand Disney breakfast. Location is awesome. Disneyland tram checkpoint is only a few hundred feet and a couple flight of stairs away! Over all good stay!
