We wanted to love this place. It is in a good area, restaurants in the parking lot. Super wonderful staff. Lots of good things. However, the two things that took it down for us was the loudness of the AC in our room. It was fine in the bed room. Still loud but bearable. But in the living room, where my son was sleeping on the pullout couch, it was so loud it was keeping him awake. Also there were two weird wet spots on the carpet under the door way from the living room and into the bathroom. We told the front desk and their answer was "weird" we will check it out. However the man at the desk didn't ask for our room number. So all in all it was a good solid base. Maybe we just had a bad room? We moved to a hotel up in LA because of those issues and because we didn't want to drive daily up to Universal. We would certainly return.

All OK I think Set top box need replacement with HD one its was very bad signal quality and too much picture distortion. Hope management looks into this matter as most of the even average motel had HD Set top box now days

We liked the location and cleanliness. Everything else was poor, doors needed lubrication. Futon and its mattress were old and very noisy. Room setup was not convenient, lighting was terrible and finally lack of microwave was really disappointing.

Room was dirty. Pull out mattress had stains. Couch had stains. The tv didn’t work. There were no extra pillows. Walked by the restaurant/ bar at 9:45pm. Came right back down to grab a drink and it was closed and it states it is open until 11pm.

The properties very dated in our room. Some of the furniture was broken. They need to pay more attention to the small things attention to detail. Most of their staff is just glossing over things, and I don’t think anybody’s following up on them so I would say more attention to detail, I would also say make sure to improve on uniforms sometimes I don’t know if staff is working there or just a guest out of uniform
