The room was very comfortable. The hotel common areas are very spa like - nice smells, pretty decor, comfortable seating. It was hard to get a hold of the front desk in the evening when we needed sheets for the pull out bed. They seemed very short staffed that night. The EV charging stations were very convenient for us.

The hotel property was well kept. Inside the hotel is very pretty and quiet. Our room was clean and spacious. They had a restaurant and bar but the food was limited to sandwiches. So we did not try the bar food. We had the breakfast the next morning. It was very good. Fresh eggs and salsa. No complaints about the free breakfast. There are restaurants and shopping in the area. It’s about a 5-10 minute drive. It was a nice stay.

Check in was great and staff very personable . I received my requested receipt copy today. We enjoyed dinner in Camp Bar and Grill on-site. So convenient. They are open from 5 to 9 pm. Our room was very nice and it was quiet. We enjoyed our short stay!!

The room was clean and comfortable, although it would be nicer if it had a better sitting area. Given that it was a suite that sleeps four, I assumed it would have a place to sit other than a couch. Nevertheless I rate the room itself as excellent. However, the breakfast was terrible. The sausage patties were inedible, the bacon undercooked and the potatoes were the texture of a kitchen sponge. The eggs scrambled eggs were decent. Unfortunately the refrigerator in the room was not as cold as it should have been. I didn’t realize this until the next morning when I pulled out my cold cuts, cheese and charcuterie. They were all lukewarm. I had to throw them all away. This was disappointing as there were about $50 worth of food which I couldn’t eat.

Very conveniently located to the toll road 241. Close to Irvine, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Tustin, Orange…Newer property. Check-in desk very helpful. Cody at the front desk was very accommodating with an early check-in so I could take a Zoom call in my room.

The Ayer’s Hotels are very dated, the rooms are laid out very awkwardly, old carpeting; they are stingy with room amenities. I felt as if I was in a bad, 1940’s black & white movie.

The staff was great. I sent feedback the first day that one of the TVs wasn't working and they sent up someone to fix it. Unfortunately, it stopped working again but there was a TV in the bedroom so it worked out okay. Great value. My family has stayed here 3 times and it has been great!
