All of the host staff were kind and lovely. The service was fantastic at the hotel and in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is incredible! I love the set up of this hotel with the various courtyard spaces. I would definitely stay here again and will look for other Ayres properties when I travel.
Nice property close to airport. Unfortunately my room was near the carwash next door so it was annoying to hear the automated voice in the carwash complex. Also, know this property has microwaves only in suite room, not standard.

I was surprised by a daily parking fee of $25 and charging fees of $.41/kwh
We liked the suite and lobby. The restaurant is very good. We were upset with the new parking fee. One of the reasons we only stay at the Ayres is the free parking. $25 a night is a high price to pay. It was very inconvenient to scan and go online when we parked on certain days on the property. I would prefer you building in an extra $10 a night for the room fee and include parking . This was the biggest disappointment.
I liked the restaurant option on the property.
The room i was in was big, clean and spacious:)

It is a nice and clean hotel, but the restaurant food is horrible. It tastes worse than hospital food, I don't think they season anything with salt.
Also, when I tried to shower at 9am, the water was turning from cold to luke warm every couple of minutes, it was a very uncomfortable shower.

Our bathroom walls had long black hairs on them. The shower was dirty and the rooms smelled like gas station air freshener.
Will not stay here again.

This was a great stay. My only complaint was that we had to pay for parking (not included in your booking fee); but I suppose that is common in the area now.
