Nice hotel and staff

Decent hotel for the price

We stayed two nights for a conference in Anaheim. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included. Location is convenient. You can walk to nearby plaza Where you can find several restaurants.

Horrible!

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Expedia needs to get rid of this hotel as a preferred hotel and needs to stop advertising this hotel. It is HORRIBLE
The hotel is disgusting, run down with bugs in it, covered all over the both beds and the windows. They also advertise it has a refrigerator, which it did not work and we needed it for my daughters medication. The hotel manager refused to switch us rooms. When we got Expedia involved he even refused to work with them. He refused a refund to us. He even went so far as to lie to our bank dispute saying we stayed the entire night he charged us for, which we DID NOT stay at that hotel for more hen 30 min and that included "maintenance" coming up to check out the fridge at that point the old man they said was " maintenance" he the nerve to say " just go buy an ice chest" . We left immediately after they REFUSED to get us a room that would accommodate us with the amenities they state they have. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone and Expedia shouldn't allow them to be a "preferred" hotel. The office manager REFUSED to even work with Expedia let alone us. My daughters medication did go bad and we had to go back to the pharmacy and request a new medication which cost a ton of $ . This hotel is horrible and the office manager should be ashamed of himself for lying to our bank, falsifying bank charges, as well as his behavior that day.

Hotel staff were nice. Hotel key cards kept demagnetizing for some reason but they were quick enough in replacing them it wasn't a huge concern. Very close to the Honda Center! Wifi was fast and unproblematic. Continental breakfast was exactly what I expected. Fair price for the room. Would recommend for anyone that doesn't need the luxury hotel experience just a safe place to stay in Anaheim.

Friendly Service

There was construction going on but the manager was kind enough to work around the conundrum and brought our breakfast to the room.

It was clean and comfortable; every room had a reasonably-sized refrigerator; Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to attractions

Pros: location and friendly staff
Cons: Their real estate can't be changed which makes for a cramped dining area and tight parking.
Location: Knott's Berry Farm, Disneyland, American Sports Center
Here's the deal. This place is close to Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland, so it's in a pretty desirable area. The room was adequate. Nothing special and not terrible, but for the area it's a great deal. The carpet was old and needed to be stretched but the beds and bathroom had been upgraded. The breakfast was below average for standards nowadays; everything was microwaveable and the breakfast area was small. They did have fresh fruit though. Parking was cramped. If you need a place to sleep, it's great. If you're looking to relax in luxury this ain't it.

The facility is super clean and friendly. Very comfortable beds. The neighborhood offers easy access to Anaheim and there is a super cute kitschy Mexican restaurant around the corner.
