Close to Disney parks but a little rundown

Posted Aug 26, 2015
Bathtub tap was leaking and hissing all day and night. The floorboard would squeak every time someone moved in the room above and you could hear every morning they got up. The air conditioning was very loud and had a gross musty smell coming out of it. The windows are paper thin and you could hear people having conversations outside multiple doors down.

Bad experience about unreasonable check in parking limited time. Unprofessional.

There are Better for a slightly longer walk.

Pros: Proximity to Disneyland.
Cons: Get rid of all the hidden charges.
This hotel would be great if the hidden charges did not equal the cost of the room. You can stay one block farther from the Disneyland entrance and save yourself about 150 for a three night stay. I understand taxes and the like but this was insane.

Dirty hotel

Posted Aug 23, 2015
Pros: the only advantage is it is very close to Disneyland.
Cons: Cleanliness, cleanliness, cleanliness!
Dirty floor in the room, saw dust / trash on the floor in the room and hairs on the bath room gorund (from previous customers' stay. The fact is their house keeping didn't clean / vacuum floor.) Air conditioner is very noisy House keeper forgot to put new towels in the room one day, so we have to request the hotel to send us new towels when we went back to our room after an exhausting day in Disneyland... Bed linens were not changed (I suspect it was not changed from last customer's stay either...)

Nice hotel within walking distance of disneyland

Posted Aug 22, 2015
Booked a night stay for my son and I to make our Disney trip easier and fun. Hotel staff was extremely nice. Upgraded our room for us. Parking fee is a bit high but still cheaper then parking in the disneyland parking lot. Room was very clean and fun for my son as we stayed in the kids suite. Restaurants are conveniently close. Will be booking again in a few months for our next trip out.

You cannot be any closer!

Posted Aug 22, 2015
Pros: The kids love the rooftop pool and you can see the fireworks at night from the same location.
If you have children in your group, it's a great and convenient place to go to Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure in the morning, return to the hotel for a short rest and then return to the park(s) in the afternoon / early evening for more fun!

Close walk to Disneyland.

Posted Aug 21, 2015
An ok hotel for our Disneyland Vacation. Very close to walk to the two Parks. The Room it self was fine & most staff were good. I found a few of the staff at the front desk to be indifferent & somewhat rude though. During our 4 days stay, housekeeping only made up our room once which was the day after we checked in. After that, they only dropped a few clean towels in our room & did nothing else! A few other bad things were that the bathroom sink had a bad smell coming from it when we ran the water, out of the three ice machines located on the 4th, 3rd & 2nd floor only the 2nd floor one worked and the elevator is so very very slow. If your looking for an ok place to stay close to Disneyland, this place will do just fine.

Last Disney Trip with Son😥

Posted Aug 19, 2015
This was our last Disney trip with our son 'as a child' in our home as he will be a senior and going to college next summer. We loved that the Carousel was literally right across the street from Disneyland. It was clean and the staff was wonderful!

Pros: Staff was nice and location was prime to Disneyland entrance
Cons: update the rooms or just clean them very good...clean the chairs!
Location: Disneyland: entrance super close!
room was not the cleanest. Chairs all stained, windows filthy
