Just ten minutes from two or three major shopping areas, beaches etc. Very clean, super friendly. Great place to stay for a great price!

Super clean hotel,close to airport/beach/and shops

Everything immaculate! Excellent price...minutes away from John Wayne Airport, close to good, gas and malls. Super helpful and friendly staff... 1st class experience for a bargain price!

Newer hotel in quiet downtown location

Stayed 2 nights. Bistro serves Starbucks products. Breakfast was good. There is a daily charge for parking that brings the daily cost higher by $11. Overall very satisfied.

Fabulous all around

Fantastic. Staff was very genuine and courteous. The Bistro was a great experience. The food was delicious(dinner and breakfast). We wil stay here again.

nothing special but it works

Pros: close to the freeway
Cons: safe in room . revamp the pool area.
Location: very basic business center area. Felt pretty safe at night for the most part
Overall it was close to the freeway and 10-15 minutes to newport beach. 1 hour from univeral studios. The hotel was very basic. The pool was basic and so the hot tub. It was heated though since I put my hand in it and that was it. The hotel looked really nice and the staff was professional. It definitely was a lay your head down and sleep kind of hotel, nothing special about it . It had a lot of technology for business. We were not on a business vacation so we did not use those facilities. The walls in the room were thin. The ceiling and the walls . We thought at one point at night someone was trying to open our door, and I went outside to investigate, but did not see anything .oh and no safe in room which was a bummer. I think for the price the hotel works but if you want all the amenities and extras spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

Enjoyed the stay , nice staff, great location. The parking lot is kinda small and gets full quick but managed to park.

Nothing Special

Pros: Convenience of the location. The room was clean.
Cons: Improve the "Bistro" or take it out.
Location: Convenient to shopping and to get to the beach.
This hotel was clean and had the basics but nothing special. The "Bistro" cafe had very limited hours, was late opening and was out of my first request each time I went. It was suppose to open at 7 am and was still not open when I checked out at 8:20 am. The cleaning staff was excellent, my room was kept clean and I never heard or saw any of them. The location was convenient to shopping and the airport and things I was there to do. The pool area was clean, as was the pool. The hot tub was a different story, the bottom was green and slimy and people left footprints in the green when they got in.
