Block away from DisneylandPosted Nov 29, 2015
We had a great stay. We enjoyed that our room had a living room separating the bedroom. The hotel was clean, the lobby was always clean and the staff was great. We stayed in November and the pool was warm. We also enjoyed the Starbucks inside the hotel. We will definitely be booking here again. The location is great with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Double Tree Suites - DisneyPosted Nov 12, 2015
Location: Very close to Disney and Convention Center. A lot of good restaurants around.
The property is located near Disney, about 20 minutes walk, if you're not up for walking. Or you can take the shuttle to take you there, the stop is outside the hotel. You can buy the bus ticket at the hotel for 5$ or pay cash when you get on the shuttle (3$). It's also very close to the Convention Center. The hotel itself is nice and has a lot of amenities, though I never used any of them. There is a pool, a gym, restaurant and bar, a Disney welcome center and a 24hour business center. There is also an outside laundry service and self service laundry on two of the hotel floors. The staff is helpful but not always available and you might have to wait a few minutes. The concierge was welcoming and accommodating and by the way the area has plenty of food choices. Our room/suite was spacious and comfortable, with a living room, bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom was not spotless but it was not dirty as well. It just looked clean but it didn't feel like it... I think the rate and resort fee altogether were a bit high, given that breakfast and parking are not included.

Close to DisneylandPosted Nov 3, 2015
Nice hotel but nothing extravagant. Nice clean rooms. I wish they had their own shuttle to Disneyland parks & not a $5 pass for the city bus. We spent an extra $36 in Disneyland parking vs walking or taking city bus. Cookies amazing! Bathroom awkward & small!!

Great except for barPosted Nov 2, 2015
After a long day at Disney it'd be nice to come back to the hotel and grab a drink in the bar, however, on a Saturday night it was closed at 11pm. Otherwise, the hotel was great. The price was right, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel nice Bus to Disneyland+Sea World stop therePosted Nov 2, 2015
Only disappointment was the hotel charges $17 per day to park in their hotel lot during your hotel stay. I would think that would be complimentary for their overnight paying guests.

Beautiful hotel, close to DisneyPosted Nov 1, 2015
Pros: Room was spacious and clean
This hotel is walking distance to Disneyland, 15- 20 minutes depending how you walk. In front of the hotel there's an ART stop ( Anaheim resort transport bus). Close to a lot of restaurants. Right in front there's a Denny's. Great experience. Hotel staff was very pleasant. Room was clean and lots of towels. Free wifi in the room, which is a plus considering that a lot of other more expensive hotels there's a daily extra fee for internet.

Pretty Good HotelPosted Oct 27, 2015
Pros: Lobby has upscale look. Nice restaurant and bar area. Rooms were nice.
Cons: Parking and breakfast should be included in all rates. It's probably somewhere in the fine print it's not. Be mindful of that when picking a room.
Took a trip to Disneyland and needed a hotel nearby. This one fit the bill.

Decent Hotel Close to DisneylandPosted Oct 25, 2015
My husband and I arrived 30 minutes prior to check in and according to the hotel staff, our room "wasn't clean yet", so we had to wait. The hotel staff member who assisted us was also rude. It would have been nice if she checked to see if she could accommodate our slightly early arrival, but she couldn't be bothered to go above and beyond her basic job requirements. Having a check in at 4:00 pm was a deal breaker. Our room was clean but quite small. The bed size seemed to be a Queen as opposed to a King. We were woken up a few times by our neighboring guests slamming doors. We were charged $16 for parking and no free shuttle was offered to the Disneyland resort. For the price I paid I expected better customer service and amenities, but what I got was comparable to a Motel 6. When I look for a hotel for my next trip to Disneyland, it will be at one of the three at the resort. If not at the resort, then it will definitely be a hotel that offers free parking and an earlier check in.
