They need to replace the gasket of the window i was place in one of the rooms facing the freeway and at nigh i feel like i was sleeping in the middle of the road it was so noisy that it was hard to sleep my husband check the balcony door thinking it wasn’t close correctly but it was and it was there when we noticed some of the gasket were broke maybe because they haven’t changed in a while just because this reason I wouldn’t book again in this hotel

Everyone was kind. It was raining and the property was leaking. They did their best to temporarily fix it. I hope they make repairs to it. The hospitality was great. Guests were happy and friendly.

Overall the place was ok just that house keeping is really bad we checked in on a Sunday didn’t get clean towels linen or anything till Tuesday night we kept asking for service they said we will pick up dirty towels in a few min and bring I clean ones kept calling them at one time they said they didn’t have any clean towels to bring us then on my last night house keeping calls the room and said are you calling about getting a set of towels replaced I said yes been here since Sunday no clean towels so are we suppose to clean up with dirty towels is that how you do it service is really bad I wouldn’t stay there again or even recommend that place to anyone.Very Very unhappy with service. And the day before we left they had teenagers running around on all 6 floors some jumping on the beds no parents around there was like 30 kids running the halls some sitting in lobby just loud as can be I didn’t know kids can run up and down halls without supervision where was the parents/ teachers etc . I was suppose to be on vacation enjoying myself. Never again….

It was a great place to lay your head. Breakfast buffet was good. Not much in the area around the hotel but it was convenient for what we needed. Horrible smell in the bathroom but we informed the front desk and they said they would deal with it. Would stay here again when visiting the parks.

The heater did not work, so we spent a while trying to figure that out and then when we called, they just brought up a space heater… There should be some type of compensation for this

The building is old and needs updating. We had expected a treat like we used to get from Embassy Suites. It is right next to the 91 freeway so noisy on the North side. Lots of people in the interior area so noisy on that side also. Cottage cheese ceilings, not so great shower and not even a clock in the room. Breakfast was very crowded on the weekend with busloads of guests on Disneylands trips.

The hotel had a great breakfast, but other than that the bathtub would not drain so nobody but my husband was able to shower. Questionable staining on the ceiling (like water damage or mold) and some walls were dirty. Carpet is old and stained. A/C did not work at all so it was very hot all night. Located around nothing but nightclubs. Noisy kids running around all night going up and down the elevators making them difficult to use without waiting forever for the elevator to reach your floor. I would not stay here again. Plus staff said there wasn’t much they could do because I booked through Expedia.

The only thing I liked about this place was the interior lobby and the breakfast buffet. The rooms were very average. Bed and couch were super noisy. The WORST part about this place was the lack of AC! Absolutely worst experience. The room was so HOT! I literally woke up many times during the night because I was sweating! I called the front desk at 5am to ask them how I could turn on the AC and they hit me with "the engineers dont come until 6:30am to turn on the ac" what kind of bs is that?! Why in the world would you not let every room manage their temperature. Front desk guy said that the inside of the hotel was set due to the outside temperature. I went in February so I guess it was chilly outside. But I did not appreciate at all having the heater on forcefully. For this very reason I will not be staying here again! OH and parking is $20/night per car so beware.

Regarding your concerns with the AC, please know that many of the buildings in our area are on a 2-pipe system, which means that instead of the individual rooms getting separate heat and cooling, the entire building is either hot or cold. We understand that this can be frustrating as many guests have different levels of comfort, though please know that we are looking into long-term solutions for this to ensure a better stay for everyone who visits going forward. The room smelled. The bathroom looked dirty. They charged $20 a night for parking, but they had cones limiting parking one night when we came back to the hotel. They were right next to a club, so it was packed during the evenings. Not all elevators worked. Only one outlet for charging a phone worked in the room. Would not stay here again.

Inside is updated but not rooms the air does not work we were so hot couldn’t sleep it’s it’s below a certain temperature the heater goes on in the room, and they charge $20 a day for parking

I was in town for a cheer competition and this Hotel was a last minute booking that I was pleasantly surprised with it. It was clean, staff was friendly and convenient. I definitely will stay here in the future.
