First of all, I give customer service 5 stars. I left something behind and they communicated with me and kept it safe until I picked it up. The free breakfast buffet option is fantastic. They both hot and cold cereal, bakery items, hot food and made to order omelettes. I will definitely stay here again!!!

The breakfast was very good and so was the snacks and booze in the evenings. The only thing wrong was the construction going on but it was clean and not loud!!

This property is going down hill. The employees are not happy or welcoming. Not friendly at all. The room’s table was broken, the shower was clocked just nasty. We stay there at least 6 times a year. Will not be returning if I can help it.

Spacious Room, Clean, the Sheets had a couple hairs (not ours). The matress is not comfortable. The Safty lock somehow locked us out of our room when we got back late from Disneyland. The staff doesnt know how to help even though they've had this issue before. They offered another room until the maintenance crew arrived at 5am. We had everything in our room, medication, sleep apnea machine clothes. So we stayed up and finally engineered a strap to unlock it ourselves. I just think that if this happens a lot, the night crew should have a tool or knowledge how to unlock the doors when maintenance is not there.

I stayed here with my family and it was safe, including the surrounding area. Everything was clean and the rooms were huge. We got the king suit and it was perfect for a family. The breakfast option was huge and a short drive to Disney. I highly recommend. We will be staying here again.

I didn’t like afternoon snacks. Pizza should be free . Your maintenance dept was excellent. Our air conditioner froze over and they assisted us by getting us another room.

This was our 1st time there and i can say it was a great stay! The room was very clean and the pull out bed was very comfortable compared to alot of other hotels. Since there was refurbishments happening, i was rhinking the worst before we got there, but i was wrong and the breakfast area was accomadating and welcoming and really a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally nice as well! I will book this hotel in the future!

Very nice hotel and staff. However our room was not fully cleaned. At first notice a few residue on the nightstand and I wiped it off but the thing that was made me uncomfortable was our bed had other people head hair and pubic hair and had a pinkish makeup stain inside the bed sheet. The stacked pillows had hair as well in between. We called it in and they offered to change us rooms but we had already unpacked everything and it was late at night. They did send a staff member and they changed out the bed sheets comforter and provided us new pillows as well. That helped us sleep better and they smelled clean too! Next morning I had noticed there was more hair but in the shower. I just rinsed it off and did not report that the shower had leftover hair. First time staying at this hotel. Hopefully next experience will be cleaner.
