Nice hotel. Close to Disneyland.

Convenient location, within walking distance

I liked that there's a kitchen so I could cook. Didn't like that I had to request for the kitchen supplies from the hotel. Water in shower was leaking. Cleaniless of hotel was ok. I did appreciate the early check in. Wouldn't mind staying here again for the location

Pros: Location, close to Disney and mall. Free parking
No daily cleaning. Seldom you see hotel staff, especially in the evening and early in the morning. The breakfast is pitiful (crackers and coffee only).

Just for stay

The location is pretty good but hotel is getting renovated. A lot of noise and cleaning. The rooms are ok but cleanlines is not that good. Room smells heavy and moisture. It is ok for a short stay.

If you want non-smoking, make sure to specify a non-smoking floor, not just room. Also be aware the "breakfast" is basically coffee & granola bars, not really a breakfast.

Wasn't a clean as I would have liked. The bathroom was especially dirty.

You get what you pay for

Location: Disney was great but busy. Loved the Halloween Party. Would definitely go again, just at a different resort.
Hotel was updated in the lobby and flooring in the rooms but not very clean. Looked like the shower hadn't been cleaned in months. Major calcium buildup and disenegration of faucets in shower and sinks. Countertops were stained yellow. The toilet was dirty and the towels had random long hairs in them. Floors had been swept but not mopped in a while, there were many spots all over them. Also there was no cleaning service our entire stay (told us at check in) and no towel replacement. The shuttle to Disney was slow and took quite a while to pick up, even though we were only a mile or so from the park. It also costs $5 per person per day. Adds up for a family. We ended up walking it after the first day.

Perfect for what I needed

For the price, this has got to be one of the best options for staying close to Disneyland. It was a short walk to the parks, the room was clean and sizeable with a small kitchenette but is also close to a whole range of restaurants accessible on foot. It was easy to get to, the parking was great and free. You don't get housekeeping unless you're staying longer than a week which was fine by me for my four day stay. Would definitely stay again.

Worst room I have ever stayed in.

Location: Was an unsafe parking lot in terms of lay out and lighting. Pool was detached and super creepy!
Room had less than basics required to stay and in. Was next to staff entry, loud at all hours and was dirty on arrival.
