Employees were pleasant and nice but the rooms need to be seriously updated and I thought there was actual breakfast but really it was just granola bars

Nice stay during a Disneyland visit.

Pros: Price and location (close to Disney).
The hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean. I have stayed at several hotels in the Disneyland area and this hotel is like many of the ones in this price range. If you looking for a place close to Disneyland that is reasonably priced this is a good place. Remember this is a cheaper hotel and so don't expect the same level of room or ammenaties for higher priced hotels. If you looking for a nice hotel to spend lots of time in then maybe another more expensive hotel would meet your needs.

Not a home away from home

Was promised a home away from home. It was not. KItchenette was not furnished. No plates, cups, glasses, dish rack, coffee maker, kitchen towels etc., on check-in. Asked front desk to replenish. Got only two plates & cups and told rest are being washed!! Did not get till second night and only after asking again. Disappointing. Will not stay here again.

Relatively nice hotel near Disneyland

Overall quite good as there are nice restaurants nearby. Disneyland is nearby and I could see the fireworks from the hotel. The car rentals are within 10mins walking distance.

Great value for money

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst staying in LA. We didn't visit Disney , although it's on your doorstep and there is plenty going on. Garden walk is across the steet with plenty of eating options and a few shops. Downtown Disney has loads to see and do and it's free to get it ! Target supermarket 5 mins in the car and a Walgreens and CVS 5 min walk away. We used this as our base and visited the rest of LA , from the beaches to Hollywood ! The roads are always pretty busy , but we found if you get up early enough you can beat them into the city ! Still can take between 40 mins And 1 1/2 hours to get into downtown LA ! This hotel was amazing value and has free parking and provides snacks and coffee in the morning! Small kitchenette in the room was clean and useful ! Bathroom was clean as was the bed linen and the towels!

Simple yet comfortable.

Right on the shuttle line. Easy access to parks, food, and shopping. Hotel staff (for the most part) were helpful and friendly, but were unable to quiet very rude neighbors. Hoping for a resolution to the discomfort.

Smells of cigarette smoke everywhere. Its comparat

Pros: checkin experinece was ok
Cons: cleanliness
checkin was good. U have to ask for utensils and cleaning supplies. No cleaning or room. It smells cigarette everywhere even in non smoking floors. It is cheap but u have to bear with all this

Nice hotel close to Disneyland

Location: Close to Disneyland, and Anaheim Garden Walk.
Close to Disneyland, within walking distance. AC worked great always a plus in my opinion!

Very disappointing. Hallways and elevators full of smoke. Food from previous guests left in the fridge. No one spoke english that could give me any information for buses and shuttles. They were unable to do basic hotel functions because of no knowledge about anything. Breakfast bar was a hand full of packet oatmeal and some power bars. No maid service but once a week.
