OK hotel to stay in.

This hotel was ok, but it needs in improvement in certain areas,. For example this hotel needs better WiFi it is currently lousy, the wifi kept cutting out on me. Also there should be more than 1roll of toilette paper in the rooms, I wish that the hotel had 24hr front desk, what if an emergency occurred after 11pm like someone gets locked out of his/her room. Another thing there was no housing, I know that a guest has to stay at the hotel at least a week to get that perk, but that is wrong because a guest likes to get into a freshly made bed each night regardless of staying there a week or not. The goal is to make the guest comfortable free of worry as well as coming back to a messy hotel room after being out on the town all day. How come Extended Stay of America doesn't partner up with places like Knotts berry Farm or Disneyland offering package deals, incentives, and shuttles to the theme parks, so guest don't have to drive spending half the time looking for parking, when guest could just take a shuttle get off at the gate and start having fun. Doing these things can help increase guess occupancy as well as guess satisfaction.
