Late check in is a joke

Knowing that was coming from the Sacramento area I expected to arrive after 10:30. When I arrived at 11:15 no one was at the desk and one of the other guests let me in the locked door. After waiting over 10 minutes for someone to come to the lobby, where the kid behind the counter was angry that the other guest let me in. He was also put out by the fact that I asked for a coffee pot since they don't come standard in the room. The rest of the visit was decent and we had no other issues.

Dirtiest hotel ever

We arrived late about 1200am after an 8 hour drive and of course wanted to just get into bed. The room smelled like arm pit, the carpets were full of cracker or cookie pieces and feathers. The sheets had hairs on them and the bathroom tub and shower had hair too. The toilet was urinated and 2 hand towels had been used, one had coffee on it and the other looked like someone wiped their dirty hands on it. The refrigerator had food stains and old food particles. It had not been cleaned. Carpets were full of large spots of dog urine. The hotel looks very well maintained from the outside but the rooms and cleanliness are completely undesirable. My one night was refunded and I didnt stay the second night. I did not sleep on the bed it was too disgusting. Sat and dosed off in a chair until it was daylight and left as soon as I could as my plans totally changed being that now I had to look for another hotel last minute and obviously pay a higher rate being that it would be same day booking. The hotel is totally decieving by the pictures and by the outside presentation.

doors don't lock - we discovered the door doesn't locked we complained and the manager said you have to slam the door very hard to close. terrible excuse. room smells badly and bathroom very dirty. People other rooms found dog's dirt under the bed.

Convenient access however very poor service

Pros: The room was nice and clean
Cons: Customer service if I had a reservation why wasn't my room read Your? Improve employees training to provide acceptable customer service.
Location: A lot of nice eating places for all budgets
Check in is at 3 pm, right? Why Was I asked to wait? Reason there were not clean non smoking rooms. I did not want to wait and requested different room and have to paid for the difference. Then the key did not work, I had return to the lobby from 2nd floor to get the key activated. Get in a room the remote control was missing. Called reception and was told "I will take one as soon as I can" it took about 20 minutes before receptionist brought one to the room. At checking in one of the girl did not have access to make the change in the room type. It was just a very disappointing experience.

Good enough for another stay

I was surprised they dont have housekeeping, at least for the three nights i was there. The breakfasts are weak: oatmeal and packaged "natural" candy- served about 600am or 630am in the lobby. With no coffee machine in room i couldnt make coffee when I woke up. Staff was friendly. I would easily stay there again.

hotel accepts pets

Hotel was not clean. All the exterior cement walkways, stairways were heavily stained. Rooms smelled of smoke even though it was non-smoking. Bathroom was not clean, Tim of toilet was heavily stained and moldy. Rugs were dirty. I wouldn't stay again unless I had no other options.

No pool, don't stay here! Stay anywhere else.

Pros: The location was ok, but there is another hotel next door.
Cons: There is no maintenance, the chair was broken and duct taped. No maid service, no security. Breakfast was muffins thrown into as basket.
Location: Shopping in the area, convenient location, just stay elsewhere.
Dirty, noisy, unsafe and the staff is in responsive. Garbage not picked up spilling out of the cans. Which is understandable as they pick up and maid service once a week. Bolt lock in the door didn't work even though they were informed. Hookers and pimps yelling at customers as they walked from the parking area. Rust on the fixtures . On a good note 2 blocks from the Wal-Mart as you will need to provide shampoo , hand soap, and a blow dryer . When checking out unhappy, they said that they were unable to do anything because I booked on expedia. I didn't blood direct or they could give me a refund.

Room not clean. Bathroom very aged. No coffee maker. No room service, people drinking and getting high on stair well. Trash on stairwell. Cigarette Butts all over the place.
