Staff is great and friendly - rooms outdated

Great location but the rooms are old and should be updated. Safe area to be in and easy access

Hotel is in a great location close to restaurants.

Hotel was nice but could have been much cleaner. The base around the Toilet and bathtub were dirty as well as the refrigerator and countertop. Cabinets and walls in kitchenette need to be wiped clean. Dust on the window sills and on the heating/cooling unit. It felt like we had checked in right after someone had just left. The bed was made up but that's about it. As we were checking in another customer was complaining about a dirty toilet and mold in the shower. The place has nice hardwood floors and nice accent walls and the staff was friendly. Just needed to be a lot cleaner.

It's cheap and feels cheap.

Pros: Cheap
Cons: The rooms smells bad and needs to be cleaned better. There needs to be at least a water kettle or coffee maker.
Location: It's a nice area near other businesses and supermarkets.
Biggest issues:The room had a strong odor like air freshener, and the bathroom was a little dirty. Small issues: Towels weren't changed during the stay. There is no shampoo, soap, water heater or coffee maker in the room - it's very bare.

HAS TO BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD ROOM DIRTY TRASH UNDER BED BATHROOM NOT CLEANED AND REFIGATIOR HAD FOOD FROM PREVIOUS PEOPLE WHO STAYED

It is clear there was an error made between our housekeeping and front desk team and you were assigned a suite which was not guest ready. Simple accommodations, quiet rooms. Grounds/stairways littered with trash. Water pressure is a little weak. Very friendly staff. Rooms are simple and comfortable, you get what you pay for.

The room was really old and dirty i couldn't stay there for more than one night never go there

The shower stall was dirty. Kind of gross to shower and see different strands of hair left by strangersi. Will stay at chase hotel next time
