Never Again

HAS TO BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD ROOM DIRTY TRASH UNDER BED BATHROOM NOT CLEANED AND REFIGATIOR HAD FOOD FROM PREVIOUS PEOPLE WHO STAYED

I sincerely apologize for the state of the suite you were assigned. It is clear there was an error made between our housekeeping and front desk team and you were assigned a suite which was not guest ready. I am sorry for the situation and our staff will be more detail oriented when updating our suite status in the computer system. Simple accommodations, quiet rooms. Grounds/stairways littered with trash. Water pressure is a little weak. Very friendly staff. Rooms are simple and comfortable, you get what you pay for.

The room was really old and dirty i couldn't stay there for more than one night never go there

Close to business appointment

Pros: Convenient
While I was out, the staff delivered my coffee maker etc., and when I returned, my door had been left open about two inches. The fan was so noisy, could not have the light on while I was using the bathroom.

Un happy Guest

Bathroom vent was broke and the room was nasty. Carpet was filthy dirty. I stayed at another location and it was very nice and even tho it was a smoking room it never smelt like one , unlike this location that i stayed at. I actually left early cause i couldnt stand sleeping there another night

You get what you pay for - nothing extra here

Pros: While we had no need for it an apartment sized refrigerator and cooking area with microwave was part of the room. Front desk person was very pleasant.
Cons: Already noted. - I will repeat that there is no excuse for dirty, gum laden walkways and stairwells. Cleanliness is basic.
Location: In a good commercial location. While not necessarily near "attractions," grocery, coffee and places to eat are nearby.
We used the Expedia unlisted or hidden deals. It was a mistake. We didn't really get anymore for our money since we could have called and gotten a rate of a just couple of dollars more. From the outside the facility had the appearance of the other extended stay properties we have seen in the chain. However as you got closer you began to see the differences. In my opinion there is no reason why outside stairwells, steps and hallways should not be clean. The floor was just filthy. Nothing a good pressure washing could not fix. Going in the room one could smell a very odd odor. It was not smoke, likely an odd brand of room deodorizer. The air conditioner had to run constantly to take care of the smell. The room was small for an extended stay room and the cabinetry of the kitchen area and bathroom could not be of cheaper material. The bathroom looked like it had been recently painted. The toilet tank lid had been broken and repaired in a very tacky way. The tub/shower and bathroom area was clean. We adjusted our schedule to make sure we were in the room as little as possible. The front desk person was pleasant and helpful. We would not stay again.

Is very upset for this hotel, no front desk servic

Pros: nothing to be like about this terrible hotel, one man running hotel, who we can service after things happen
Cons: No clean up for everyday no hanger and hair dryer & coffee maker even ask ! Bed too small Next time don't show this kind of hotel to people.

Dear Victor, Thank you for being our guest. I would like to apologize that our front desk staff did not properly communicate our services at check in. We do only offer housekeeping to guests staying longer than 8 days to keep the feeling of apartment living as an extended stay hotel. However these services are available more frequently for a small fee at the guests request. Same for our kitchenette items. They are all available upon request at the front desk to keep them clean for the next guest. I am so sorry for the inconveniences and this has been addressed with the front desk staff to remind them to let guests know of these options at check in.
